I always wondered how FJ connect multi accounts, just recently my account was banned, I was accused of having few accounts and after very quick chat with support my account has been unbanned. I suspect it was false positive IP, however, they never said what was the reason.
Did they say anything to you? If there was breach of ToS they should return you your funds.

happened with me as well but after long chat with support they unbanned my account
my case was different since I had a friend who I was sending him my tennis plays mainly and some football , so he was betting the same things that I do
both accounts located in the same country , both accounts starts with the username Dr and both accounts share a lot of similar bets

so they were flagged but after chatting with support and explaining that both of our bets combined don't exceed the limits so makes no sense to multi account especially that I didn't have him as a referral and both of us didn't use any bonus except the mines on the sportsbooks ( which has the same odds if you are multi accounting or not as long as the bet doesn't exceed 20 mbtc ) they unbanned both of the accounts

I talked about it here before but since someone else is having similar problem and you mentioned it as well I thought about bringing it back again
overall support seems to be reasonable and unless there is something extremly fishy all should be fine

the weird thing is that this guy only won 0.015 BTC so not sure what's going on exactly since abusers tend to bet heavier

Yeah, the support is human after all and we can't expect them to help out thousands of people perfectly every single day, you have to really give your best to understand that these people do this for money (salary) and they are doing their best to not get fired so we all know they are doing at the very least the enough amount of work to not get fired which means not zero.

So, they are not blowing people off like it is nothing, they are actually trying to help because the more they help the less work they will have, if they help you in 20 seconds and be done with it their job is done but if they don't help you then you will comeback again and again creating more work for them. Sometimes they just make mistakes, it happens and I am sure it happens in all jobs, I am sure they will figure it out.

The only possible reason that you got banned is because of the usage or of vpn or someone trying to use your ip address and try to create many accounts. There is no way they will banned you for no reason. And btw about the winning, I already withdraw quite few times and there is never been problem at all. Although my last play I losing because the greediness, so I think there is really fair about the system

Rather than waiting on here, you should check your email regularly cuz they might be answered your ticket support (you can see FJ main account has posted something on above and ignored your post), they might be still investigating your problem too so they can't say anything until it has been proven yet.

If your claim is legitimate, FortuneJack is ignoring you, and you're prepared to back it up with solid evidence, you should create a new thread in Scam Accusations

Before you create the thread, read this post on how to make proper scam report.

There will be a bunch of people blindly defending Fortune Jack, just like in this thread.  Don't let them bother you,  the vast majority of them are being paid to post. (Many of them by FortuneJack, and many others hoping to be accepted into FortuneJacks sig campaign).  FortuneJacks reputation is far from spotless especially when it comes to how their support/site reps deal with players that have issues.


Keep in mind it's very common for players who did something shady and don't actually deserve to be paid try and use the forum to pressure casinos to pay them.  Make sure you're prepared to post screen shots of everything relevant, bet history, dates and transaction Ids will all help you if you're innocent.

I don’t understand why you can blame a sports book if there are certain questions to the resource on which the player places his bet?  A sports book only provides services for certain resources and collects the best resources for ease of use for gambling users.
