I don’t understand why you can blame a sports book if there are certain questions to the resource on which the player places his bet?  A sports book only provides services for certain resources and collects the best resources for ease of use for gambling users.

it's not nice to void winning bets for customers after the match finishes , but that player didn't post enough info about that bet

if other books paid that bet and fortunejack voided after the game was finished then that's for sure shady and it can happen again with anyone else in the future
but if there was a clear error and other books voided as well I guess that would be fine

Maybe an ok casino or whatever but sportsbook is a scam. If you win a big bet, it gets called "suspicious" and voided. I bet on a football game and it ends 9-0 because it is the first match of the season and bookies are clueless. They give odds of 2.0 (+100) to one team who is much better. I even take any other score for good team (needs more than 7 goals) at 250 (+2500) and win! but no, they void the bets because they think them and every other bookie being wrong is suspicious.

They will maybe say sportsbook is from another provider and they dont make decisions but they must be happy with scamming customers if they do it anyway.

If you are big bettor or smart bettor, AVOID. There are other sportsbooks that use bitcoin that wont scam you for winning big.

can you please share a screenshot for that bet , also do you remember if other books had that game and was the odds close to what FJ is offering ?

I can confirm that at least the line prelive was right and actually some bookies had better price than that , so at least the pre live line wasn't wrong
not sure about the live bets  though , but so far I never seen any wrong line live with FJ at all

I'm busy currently for the next 2 days but I will try to investigate further through the forums for you , I would also recommend  you to post in SBR forums and see what others think about the situation since some people may had similar bets with other sites

They will not resolve it. They have no interest in resolving it. They are free to comment here publicly why. They say their provider called the game suspicious and have said betradar marked it as suspicious but I know someone who works there and he showed me it was not suspicious but bookies lost lots of money on it. FJ are just liars.

It was already solved but the decision was in favor of fortunejack since they voided his bet while the odds are similar when checked. There's no way around to these kind of cases due to the terms we agreed on. I've been there once and seen so many winning bets on different sportsbook get voided and usually their decision remains.

I did not even predict 1 correct goal scorer last week LOL. This guy got 5 out of 7 already which deserves 30mbtc free bet, hopefully he can win more than 1btc with the free bet so he wont be disappointed too much because of the two "unlucky" wrong predictions.

It would really be an amazing addition to this campaign.
Sometimes 1 or 2 days make a big difference if a player has a slight injury. Lets say the first match of the round is on a Friday. That means that the predictions for Saturday, Sunday and potentially Monday have to be placed on Friday. Now imagine that a teams best striker is initially set to miss the next match because of some injury but 2 days later he is cleared by the medical team and ready to play. We made our predictions based on the initial info from Friday and now we can't change the data.
