Hmm it is weird, I'm now facing deposit issues. I deposited 12 hours ago, the transaction has hundreds confirmation already but it is not reflected yet to my balance. Sent email to support 10 hours ago, and talked with live chat 6 hours ago but still not fixed till now. Just sent a private message to David few minutes back hopefully he can help me faster than support email and live support.
Just received a reply from the support says that my deposit has been credited to my account. Just checked my account but nothing reflected to my account.  
EDIT: Fixed eventually after discussing a bit long with support through email and live chat.

I hate security check, I hate withdrawal manual checking ... although it is intended to protect both sides between the customer and company ... at some point you will always feel disappointed/ pissed off waiting.

When the 2FA activated ... instant withdrawal shouldn't be a problem at all , and regarding the ip address changes ... how if you guys implement a security login whenever user logged in with different ip address.. it requires email confirmation or so.

Also to prevent bonus abuser playing - won - can't withdraw cycle .. what if you guys simply block/freeze them before they even play. So you won't bother with such annoying complaints.

Yeah, withdrawals have always been a troubling issue in crypto casinos. Not just here, aside from maybe primedice all places I have ever seen had issues with it because people may abuse it and that is why casinos has to check it and that creates a ton of issues.

You can't just let the people withdraw automatically, that way they can abuse you and you will learn about it waaaay after they abused you, it would take a lot of bitcoins for you to realize that, people could fly under the radar by stealing very tiny amounts but constantly do it and increase it over time. That is why it makes sense for casinos to check every single one of your withdrawals, however that also means people who do nothing wrong will be put into pressure about their withdrawals for no reason at all. It is a very sticky at both ends issue.

I have predicted Pulisic to score a couple of times already for Chelsea and neglected Abraham. I am afraid if I pick Abraham this time it is actually going to be Pulisic who gets a goal.  
It is time for Rashford to show his class. He is my pick to get one past Leicester. I will decide on the rest later.

It seems to me that we have selected almost similar players except I’m choosing Pulisic over Abraham, just a gut feeling he’ll score this weekend. Rashford is currently out of form, and he’s up against a side who’s yet to loose in the premier league hence I feel this is the perfect opportunity for him to score a goal and silence his critics. Also I’m thinking of choosing Martial or Greenwood over Vardy, what do you’ll think will it pay off for me or it’s too risky selecting one of them.

Did you order a withdrawal during the weekend? From what you write I think you did so on Saturday. If so, then I would advice you to wait till Monday because the FJ is understaffed on the weekend and they have a slower response on withdrawal requests. If things remain unresolved on Monday you may contact the FortuneJack account here to help you out.

Yes I requested it on Saturday and it is now still pending, I'll contact David here if it is still pending for over 48 hours (around 4 hours to go).

@Bitinity did you use some other IP to sign in your account, because their system would have deducted it as an Alt account then. If you have been using the same IP then you have nothing to worry, as @TheUltraElite rightly said they’re understaffed on weekends you just need to wait patiently till tomorrow.

I used to play at Fortunejack with two different devices (Personal Computer and Mobile Phone) and two different internet source (home internet service and regular phone internet service) so it may give different IP addresses, but it should not be a reason for suspecting me as alt account because I used to do it since long time ago and there was no problems at all.

Well, I won big and did nothing wrong but now they seem to have blocked me on email (despite not responding once or trying to help) and the OP here lied saying we had multiple conversations when thats a complete lie.


I also withdrew on a weekend and at first thought thats why there was a delay but I was wrong.

Some players take a season or two before they shine.  I think Pulisic could be one of those players.  Same with Gabriel Jesus at City.  But it's still early in the season, we'll see...

I only think that people will get troubles if they use so many accounts, but if they use only one account per platform, they will be fine, no matter how many IPs they use to log in.

The only serious thing has to be carefully considered is Restricted areas that presented in ToS. If one platform has restricted areas or does not accept VPS, users should not log in their accounts via VPS or in locations that are restricted by that platform.

Playing with different IP can't be considered as multiple accounts IMO, it's different case while you playing with many accounts on same IP. Maybe they using VPN to speed up their connection while playing on there, that's why they changed their IP. As long as they playing with 1 account only, i don't think that would be a problem for the site.

Logically there is no way for them to ban an account who uses different IPs while playing as long as the IPs is not connected to other accounts. That's the main point you need to understand imho.
They can ban the account if the IPs is connected to other accounts only, but if there is no connection with other accounts so there is no reasons for any sites to ban the account. As what I said previously, there is no rules/terms of using different IPs, the site is even allowed to use PC and Mobile which mean that it can have different IPs.
