I have a comparable problem....I bet on Under 4,5 corners first half in the match Metz-Nantes. The count was 0-1 and there were 10 minutes played in the game. So this line was perfectly normal.....it stays open bet for a long time....and then at around minute 35th of the game (corner count still 0-1 so my bet was almost for sure won already) and the bet suddenly changed from open to cancelled. Without any notice!

What is this? If your odds provider did this, then you have to understand this is NOT fair to your customers! The odds were definitely not wrong because other bookmakers had a comparable line. And IF you cancel a bet you should do it RIGHT AWAY and not wait 25 minutes until the bet is 99% sure a winner and then cancel.

thanks for the help guys , just wanted to make sure if this is due to the weekend or due to the withdrawal being small cause somehow I remember that the minimum withdrawal was 0.01 BTC and I never made any withdrawal request less than that in the past

I was emailed 2 hours ago that the winnings I would have received from the cancelled bets (should they not have been cancelled) are being credited to my account in the form of a 126mbtc freebet. I find this a good solution. Just wanted to report this here. Now let's hope your odds provider gets things sorted out so these cancellations will not happen often anymore, and if they do, they should at least cancel straight away and not when the bet has already won for 99% sure. But I'm happy with the current solution.

I also received the same email when I came back after a long gap and placed a withdraw after winning some. I replied to the email saying that I will provide any kind of documents necessary or answer any questions related and I think they hardly took around 2-3 hours for me and sent me the withdrawal.

If they need something then just provide them and answer whatever they ask for.

Champions league and next weekend should be a lot better hopefully, I don't see it happening anytime soon but with the rate we are going right now I think it should be a much better weekend. What are the odds of such a weekend happening twice in a row?

I think it was a fluke thing that happened (glad it all happened together) and next week it will be harder for teams to have those kinds of results back to back, they will all win. I know martingale is not something we use on sports betting that frequently but I will probably bet on Bayern and Madrid a lot bigger this week to win since I see them getting the 3 points for this week, I didn't bet huge last time so what I lost wasn't that big but now I will try my hand at a bigger bet (worst case scenario if I lose again, I will bet even bigger week after that, these teams can't lose all the time, eventually I will get that win)

Because you've won too much, get too much value on your bets and/or demonstrated that you are a long term winner. They're forcing you to be a more recreational bettor.

I do agree with you, what a unusual weekend we had. Every match, especially in Premier League ended oppositely.

I faced this problem before on the chrome, with the good connection this happened to me. So I try to clear the cahce and everything but it backed to normal again. Btw are you open it by using your phone? Because FJ sometimes having some crash if you opened it by phone, I tried with chome and mozilla it happened once, that is why you should try using it pc instead, there will be no problem at all

Me too. This is the first time i was not able to pick at least 3 goal scorers in a game week
Now i wish the opposite could happen next game week where by all the goal scorers i pick appear on the score sheet

i just tried it on both Firefox and Chrome and it opens normally. It must be something on your end either with the connection or maybe the browser is rejecting flash on the site. Check the settings, maybe there is an update to Brave that fixes the issues.
