I actually never won on those mines . I mean I don't really bet that much and whenever I do it is 50%+ wins so I had so far like 6-7 tries I think, most of my losses were lower end because I usually don't gamble that big when I feel like I may lose, plus odds are big so when I bet like 3 mbtc or so on guarantee games I don't make as much as 0.6 mbtc on risky games because of the odds. Anyway on those 6-7 tries (not really sure how many to be exact) I haven't won any .

they do manual withdrawal checking if they find there is something wrong against their rules such as abusive behavior or suspected multi-accounting abuser etc so far so good almost instant within 1 hour for me who withdrawing almost every week.

the email support also pretty responsive , i several times making complaint to them.
the last time is about two weeks ago where they answered to my email within 6 hours or so i guess.
not sure what is really happened to you , maybe you came from a country where it has restricted to fortunejack , aren't you?
i have seen a lot of people who play here even with hundreds bitcoin in withdrawal request , received their bitcoin as soon as they clicked the withdraw button.

I was new account, heard they had sports and was pleasantly surprised with their odds.

Received my larger payment now, so all is good. I had received a 10mbtc freebet but my average bet was 50 mbtc so I clearly am not a bonus abuser.

Hopefully going forward withdrawals are faster. In a highly volatile currency, odds and <1 hr withdrawals are equally important.

Try a different browser? Might be an extension or some bug with Chrome that prevents it from working. Works for me on Firefox 71.0b6 and I also have an overall net profit.

I think you should change your web browser or clear your cache. I don't think it is related country restrictions.
I don't think it is about your account situation. It seems it is happening because your software can carrying somethings. Did you try in any other devices? Mobile for example?

Fortunejack hit a gold mine with their sportsbook as it appears. They have been one of the most known and trusted casinos in the crypto space but there are many casinos and that is a rivalry that may take a lot of time and marketing and money to pull of and stay at top, surely they still have a ton of gamblers who gamble on the casino part and it could be even possible that they make more money from the casino part however at the end of the day they just added sportsbook and gathered soooo much more wagering to their websites, it is just a funny little addition that could change so much of a company.

I personally would like to congratulate them for such a wise move, it is not really a personal success from the owner neither, this is an all around team success for everyone involved.

Yeah, the weekends usually takes longer but it is not THAT bad, it is still quite good comparing some other places that literally keep your money and make you go round and round in circles just to make a withdrawal, hell some places literally do not ask for KYC when you gamble and lose but suddenly request KYC when you end up winning and asking for withdrawal.

So, fortunejack is amazing in that regard. I have never played blackjack here I am not going to lie, I played a bit of dice and mainly sportsbooks recently and if I am not wrong I think I played some slots back in the day as well (IF my memory serves be right). I am using Opera browser. Will try using chrome for login issue but right now I have got a solution to login into through mobile site and then open the actual desktop site which is working for me for the moment.

Maybe it's my internet speed issue which is causing this perhaps.
