China is dumping

Most likely arbitrage.
There was a difference of $45 earlier. Made me wish I had setup an account there. Then I gotta deal with LR though, which I do not have.
I tried Arbitraging BTC China last week with a $50 spread. Unless you have a Chinese bankaccount to transfer your yuan to and back to Gox it is not worth it. By the time I went Yuan -> LR, LR-USD-Gox I had been hit with almost 15% fees and it was barely profitable. Plus it took 2 days and the spread closed.

That must have been infuriating.

I only did 0.5 BTC, but yeah I had higher hopes. If it worked I only planned doing 5 BTC at a time. I read somewhere on their site they would "freeze" your account and inspect it if they "suspected" something was up. I don't trust the Chinese, or the bank they use. After all it is against the law there. So in conclusion it is not worth the risk.

The only thing that stopped me is that I don't have an address to ship to.

I asked for a refund in the middle of February and bought BTC with my refund when the price was $28. I used Paypal to buy an Asic and not BTC though.

and we are back on track :-)

Whatever. And no you haven’t been in bitcoin since 2010. Plus if you really feel the way you do. Then sell. Have conviction. If not keep pounding sand.

It almost hit 200 today. Tomorow I strongly believe it will happen.
