Well afaik that is part of the security for direct users of the company, the users who always use their services regularly and not for the signature campaign members so we are the one who has to adjust here.

It's not annoying anyway just don't like the delay thru text confirmation even prior to the recent emerge. But the call is still instant.

You need to get the code via phone call as I've too been facing this issue.

took me a while but some chick with a British accent gave me the 6 digit number via recording on my cell phone.

I prefer the text as it costs me less.

So I was paid  and I took the coins out.  Marco told me I could pull the signature   since it is no longer bit-x and would redirect to the new company.

 So I pulled my signature. I await a new signature as this campaign carries on under a rebranded name.

are you sure about the cost?
because as far as i know receiving the verification SMS or even the call to give you the code doesn't cost us anything and this is true about all the places i receive such verification codes from.

p.s. this is week is turning into a 9 day week.

yes I am sure about the cost as I use a burner trac phone

 the call costs 10 us cents

only a 5 cent difference   but I end up having to do 4 calls sometimes  so it is 20 cents extra .     I suppose I don't really mind as the voice is  fairly sexy.  so 10 to 20 cents a month is not the end of the world

I am almost sure that Marco will announce this at the right time.
He may be busy with the payments though...
I'd like to add that a signature change is needed fast, since there's already another business around with a name very close to bit-x and I feel like I am advertising that one...

the problem with this each time is the days that are not counted in the week, so the last payment that is missed is not for 1 week but for 10 days, so it should be around 50% more, 0.11 at least

Great to hear on both!   I'm glad you are keeping it going and switching advertising.  After almost a year in this signature campaign I'm still happy to be here.  Seems to make sense with it being same place being advertised just under new name.  Look forward to switching over to coinsbank

Received payment but for incorrect amount of post and 0.008000 BTC - 2016-04-06 21:36:34 paid for 10 post had 41+ posts 9 of where not paid on due to area of posting. 32 post where counted and then all sudon 21 excluded posts. Bot reset my post round added them into excluded posts and though this was bot resetting and getting paid now it is messed up. 0.0256 is owed for missing posts that bot has classed as excluded post and this is incorrect. Reported to Bitcoin BOy hope to resolve this problem.

i have a couple of problems (Not a Big Deal but i just report them here):

• 1994-1885=109 - 2 excluded = 107 * 0.0007 = 0.0749BTC  ; was paid 0.07BTC
  so i am missing 0.0049BTC
• also the withdrawal in the new website is not how it was before. there is not button for withdraw all balance and i had to set it manually but still the code didn't allow me to withdraw all so i had to withdraw 0.0696BTC with 0.0003BTC fee and 0.0001BTC leftover (is this fee fixed or is it still percentage based?)
• everything else works fine with the new website.

Got my payment. I couldn't find the withdrawal option on the new site but somehow managed to get it and withdraw my funds. I am happy that now the code is received without any issues else earlier I had to request for a call and still not get the code.

Last payment went through fine.  I know some mentioned SMS not working, it worked fine for me on the new site.   I did not have to do a call.   

But seems like clean move to new URL.  I like the design of new site really.    Seems like long term it's a good thing new url seems like it will drawl more attention long term.  So looking up I think .

When will my problem be resolved. Every week now had nothing but problems and am on borderline to leave here. Please fix thi as no doubt going to be yet another week of problems and said to contact if problems continue and have done and 3 or more days passing no doubt and no answers.
