Is there another way to reset the password to regain my old account and krill. The client says email sent but I never get it. I even added your email to contacts and I still don't get it. I haven  Sent support 3 emails and no response or is not getting thru. Is there another email that you can use that does not have the word poker in the domain name to see if it gets thru. This is getting frustrating.

u re lucky that u can still play & your client working ..mine swc client opens then no response from client it shows not connected or offline ...support response once then they vanish

The software is very nice   One thing very different is how the button moves when a player misses a blind in both cash games and tournaments.  For example after paying the big blind and small blind I payed the small blind a second time.  I saw someone get the BB twice.  I didn't like the forward moving button on the old software but this is much worse.  I hope this is something that can be changed.


In Cashier under Transactions it shows everytime you joined a table, added chips to that table or left a table. 

Because there is no way of sorting transactions this clutters up the history so that it is difficult to see the important stuff like deposits, withdrawals, rakeback and table starter rakeback.

I understand this is minor compared to what you must be dealing with but if you could put in on the list it would be appreciated.

2)  limits have been raised a bit, up to 2/4 triple draw / 12 game / badugi / badeucey & 1/2 NL hold'em
3)  SwC Poker is still awaiting an updated list of emails from SealsWithClubs so players can continue to recover their krill.  I expect this new data in the coming days, please continue to cash out any balances at SealsWithClubs and adding your email to that system.

i have hotmail and had to add the address to a safe senders list.

check your settings and see if there is a safe sender list you can edit.
