Regretful that it came to this, but IMO in the best interests of players we needed to shut down and take a long hard look at our problems. 

I remain confident we will fix these nagging issues, but it will take us today / tomorrow. 

This is not ideal, but again I think it's in the best interest of players to do it this way.

Withdraws were just processed.


The crash yesterday produced the embarrassing errors you see posted.  They are not fakes, we did that shit.  As soon as we noticed it, we shut down the games until we fully understand and fix what happened.

Painful in the short term, no doubt.

Plan to relaunch in ~22 hours or so, but this is subject to change - SwC is not coming back until this is fixed.

They should give you a reward for your honesty. You could have strarted transfering in small increments if you didnt let them know or started dumping chips in high staked games. You let them know?or they found it by themselves? Downtime is defo needed to fix the vanishing chips least we know where all the chips migrated to. Roflmao. Yeah it would be impossible for any of those chips to go missing even if the chips where transferred it would be tedious but they have all the transaction logs. Just like the time all the players balances glitched out and went missing they where able to figure out what chips we had and then returned them all in 24 hours.

Given that exigent circumstances seem to have prompted you to launch swcpoker well ahead of your intended schedule, a few bumps in the road are totally understandable.  Not that anyone (except maybe the some silly 2p2 troll) said otherwise.

I and many others are having plenty of fun on the new site.  The availability of all those mixed games is just unquantifiably sick.

Just wanted to state publicly, in spite of the various growing pains, how much I appreciate your continued efforts to bring online poker to the huddled masses, yearning to grind for BTC!
