My client is saying offline but the website says people are active, what's up?
down for about 8 minutes then back up. We broke something but it's the exact part we are trying to fix. A few more days only for major improvements |

Personally I think that Bitcoin is what will save online poker. Signing a petition or Tweeting a Senator is nice... but the best way to defeat government restrictions is to find a way around them and demonstrate how ineffective and meaningless they are.
So it's awesome to see that you are helping to make that happen, and I'll continue to do whatever I can to help.

I'm embarrassed to say that I've been trying to figure out what the MTT acronym stands for for waaay too long. I'm sure one of the Ts stands for tournament but what about the rest?

There was an issue with double-crediting accounts after crashes. I want to post publicly here acknowledging the issue. only a small handful of players were affected and we have made adjustments to accounts. There is a "manual debit" for a reason of "double credit" in your transactions if this happened to you. I must apologize for not notifying players immediately after we found this issue. It is my fault, there was no process for this type of an issue and I didn't develop one until today. If anyone has questions about this issue, please email me personally micon@swcpoker.eu. I can get you a full transaction report if needed to show you exactly when and where. |

Hey Micon, random thought about the thread title while browsing the front page...
Since we're on a bitcoin forum, is the "No Banking, Only Bitcoin" part already implied?
Was thinking it might be better to include the stuff that makes SwC different and better than the other options listed here.
Maybe something about OFC and all the various games?
On the other hand, "no banking, only bitcoin" seems to imply trustlessness and the "no dox required" ethos which made sealswithclubs famous. I'm certainly wary of other sites which require personal information and I think that the "no banking, only bitcoin" seems to emphasize that. |

I agree, I like the "No Banking, Only Bitcoin" slogan and have included it on my Twitter images and banners. I think it's great because it shows what separates and makes SwC better than regular fiat poker sites people are used to. My thinking was that on this forum, people already expect that to be the case. Maybe not though? When I browse the list of thread titles I assume that the other Bitcoin poker sites with threads here are also Bitcoin only... but many don't have OFC and the variety of games SwC does. And they definitely don't have software on SwC's level. So I was thinking we'd want to come up with something that gives a clear first impression that makes SwC stand out from the crowd on this page. The "Bitcoin Poker 2.0" part does do that though. I think you're pretty right. Of course, right now swc only has a windows download and apparantly it's pretty buggy at that. It may be better to hold off on any advertising and pushes like that until things are in better shape. About the poll, I doubt he'll pay much attention with such a small sample size, but perhaps it will inspire him to run his own poll on the topic. |

1) Mac & Android clients will be dev'd at the same time. We are going to fix our connectivity issues first. They are almost done, and yes, we all want them ASAP
2) I read the poll results and thank each of you that voted for the important feedback. I have heard you guys loud and clear. We will build and HTML5 client eventually.
3) I <3 so much what "WearsMyLiberty" is doing.
"No Banking, Only Bitcoin" is the flag I have always flown.
IMO many other gambling sites lose the message, introduce alts, fiat, or otherwise spoil the pristine bitcoin pie. You have my word it's always going to be only bitcoin, and I won't ever muddle the message.
