Have fun with that.  Did you not realize that when you purchased an unregulated, unlisted security using a brand new, no backing, no government currency that there may be some risks associated?

It seems like all BTC investors do not realize that investments have gains AND losses.

AND as far as there being any wrongdoing here... far more then the initial share price was paid out to investors, there is no scam here.

Friedcat cannot find one person in a country with 1bn, who is able to accept some money in return for posting an accurate update to shareholders every 1-2 weeks.

This copes well with my theory that while everything was going ok they issued regular updates, but when they fucked up they stopped giving updates. Still better than lying.
Of course, they also broke many promises, so while it's better than an outright lie, it doesn't beat it by much.
As far as I'm concerned I made a mistake not walking away when it was clear (if you just did look) the ship was sinking.

I sent a transfer request by email on 4th Jan and it was processed by friedcat on the 8th.

Make sure you include a signature using the address the shares are assigned to. Maybe requests are just silently ignored otherwise.

There seems to be something internal preventing any improvements to PR or related aspects. So far the board has been very lenient with that. The way things are progressing there will likely have to be an investor forced audit at some point in time ...

Thanks. Looks to me like jutarul pulled that number out of thin air but he does know better than any of us non-board members. Either way I think if enough people bug FC he will give us an update even if it doesn't include any real progress.

It's not pulled out of thin air, it's another deadline which FC committed to (actually it's 31-Jan), so I expect some update coming from him around that date. Otherwise the board obviously has to inquire about the delay (and do something about it).
