anyone seen this strange issue ?  After i flash a card sometimes with atiflash it shows

0 GPU clock and 0 Mem clock above my new flashed values in GPU-z

I've seen this issue before and fixed it sometimes by removing and replacing the card , howeever this time
when i replace the card I see the same thing.

Ok now it gets really strange, if i pull that card from the rig, another card in a totally different slot shows the same issue
until i replace the card.

this is windows 10 btw, anyone seen and wierdness like this ? My next step i guess is to re-intstall drivers.
Yes. Remove driver and reinstall...

Can we expect v.9.0?

It would be great to break 200 H/s from Polaris RX 470 4GB and 300H/s from R9 NANO series.

After much hype and many friends asking me to try out Optiminer; I recently tried Optiminer for Windows v0.6 on my test rig.... but found it no better than Claymore V8.

I maybe wrong and didn't test in detail because I use my 7x370 test rig just for short while but I see many negatives in using Optiminer - including losing the monitoring aspects of Ethman, excellent controls of temperature management, GPU core & memory settings, etc. etc. in which to me are the REAL hidden gem of ALL Claymore miners, on top of the raw blazing speed.

IMHO, Claymore need to unleash v9 (Windows and Linux) and claim who is real king of the hill BECAUSE Optiminer now released his latest version also on Windows. While I begin to understand Claymore's position with SilentArmy issue in v1.1, since Optiminer now has come into the Windows with v0.6 ... I think Claymore v9 (Windows and Linux) is justified.

With all this chatter of a successful hardfork and "state clearing"; ETH going POS soon last night*, ZEC stabilizing at the $60s range, XMR went crazy overnight, ZEC (and XMR) mining use LESS power than ETH mining, the answer is clear..... v9 (ZEC) and v10 (XMR)  Shocked

What say you Mr Claymore?

I did not see any mention of ETH going PoS soon.

Anyway, the ZCash is or will be the major GPU coin in the next year. So it is better to implement good miners.

But I believe you are misinterpreting the info they provide.

I got it after comparing with ETH subpool statistics. But some people can think that there are real cheats.

My displayed hash rate is higher than the local rate, but the share rate is lower than that computed by the hash rate.

Actually, i had this problem. It was a riser problem, so i took the card out and re-seated it and i don't have this problem anymore.

I think he means that one would run less then half the speed of the other, for my case GPU 1 would run at 70S/s and 0 would run at 200.
Also, maybe it wasn't a riser issue, but i do remember messing with the drivers and something like that fixed it.
I also remember "low power state" type thing.

Without screen connected it does about 36sols, when i connect screen it raises up to 180sol.
Funny - it is enough to connect and disconnect.

Ok, figured it out.
If i start pc with connected screen, rx480 does not mine with full speed, until i connect screen.
But if i start pc without screen, it goes full speed. Only problem is team viewer at 640x480 Smiley

Try reinstalling to the newest drivers, I'm pretty sure that fixed it for me.

Switch to fixed difficulty port. Port 3333 is vardiff, so it's difficult to count exact number of shares.

didn't need any port forwarding while using Google Chrome Remote Desktop. Very convenient.

To all:

1. All links to V9 are fake, I don't have it yet, so it's 100% scam and/or virus.
2. I'm still working on new version; as I said before, it takes a lot of time. Next version will be available in a few days.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.
