Pretty scary pay 10k and waiting till March BTC value,100$ maybe 14$ like in January 2013 We won't all be here if we believe bitcoin is going down to $1 now would we? Sure there will be up and down, may even go down to the previous peak of $300 before the crash, but I know I will be buying more if it goes down that low. It is truly $10,000 (may take 1 year or 10 years) or bust (a hacker found a fatal flaws).

Hey I saw someone posted on the KNC site that the November Jupiters draw a lot more power. Does anyone knew if this is true? Could KNC tell us please since they are shipping they must have tested a few. Or could the first people receiving through up a draw number at the wall? It would be appreciated since I assume everyone ordered their PSU in advance and I used their recommendation of an 850W.
there are others on here that have more expertise that can chime in but to the best of my knowledge they draw more power because they are supposedly capbable of 650gh..now seeings how KNC often "under estimates" what is what on GH if it was me I'd get at least a 1200w unit simply because you just "know" someone down the line when it is prudent is gonna have a hack to 'overclock" knc units anyway that is my take on it..better safe then sorry Searing What does a typical electric heater draw? 1500 watts @ 120vac.

For those who can't see it: Neptune is our first 20nm product and will be shipping in Q1/Q2 of 2014. The stats and performance that we can release today are Minimum 3000GH/s of hashing speed that 3TH Over 5 times the speed of our first Jupiter release (we reserve the right to increase this as we get closer to shipment) A 30% reduction in watts per GH Based on the existing Jupiter design (See photo, however this may change as development progresses) Shipment begins in Q1/Q2 of 2014 Bitcoins first ever 20nm miner bought to you form the company who shipped the first 28nm bitcoin miner Limited batch of 1200 units, Existing customers only can buy at this price other batches will be released later to non-existing customers at a higher price. These items will be on sale for two weeks at this price or until it has sold out whichever comes first Payment for this product is bitcoins and bank transfer only. All refunds will be refunded in dollars and you can refund up to shipment No way I'm paying in BTC, personally. The coins' future value is quite possibly greater than that of the machine itself.

I agree, 3Th for 10k in bitcoin is a joke. No idea when they will deliver those, Q1/Q2 can mean anything right now. could mean June for all i know, why would I throw so much money into that if the comeptition can deliver faster and cheaper?

Did they inflate the price, hoping that the recent run-up would make people spend frivolously? I was expecting about $6K, maybe $7K.
