You mean yesterday processing Today paid? Same and mine this is what their order system tell to me. it switched from "In Progress" back to "Paid". "Paid" is the status where a paid order is waiting to get included in the production line. They have already said they are having some problems with their ordering status system, however its only cosmetic and it doesn't affect your order in any way. Just be patient while the fix it. Probably one of their competitors hacking them

Jupiter was clearly pushed out under too much pressure - let them a few weeks more time to tune batch 1 to its best Batch one has been being tuned for the past 6 weeks. It overperformed (550Ghs) compared to what it was sold at (400Ghs) and Batch 2 overperformed again (650Ghs) Yes there will always be some poor performing boards in some small percentage of machines but I think in the whole they did a fine job of over delivering and then improving on that delivery. My Batch 1 Jupiter has been performing at around 540 GH/s and I've been pretty damn pleased with that, but now with the tuning suite its been stable at 563Gh/s so I am over the moon.

Not that I am aware of, the order books are closed for Neptune Batch one as of 11AM CET. You'll have to wait for the next batch.

Won't help, they closed the books for Bank transfers at the same time, if you had a transfer in progress you were fine but if you tried to kick one off then they won't accept it. https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-71 Hi, The initial batch of Neptune boxes has now been sold. We have however kept a few back for people paying with bank transfers. All bank transfers that were initiated before 11:00am CET this morning will be honored. If your order has been cancelled and you have already transfered funds it will be marked as paid when the funds reach our accounts. But as of now do not initiate any more transfers. We will soon release the Neptune product again and everyone will be able to purchase this time not just previous customers. Thank you again for your support KnCMiner Team

Overall yes amazing job - but a few individuals got very bad luck with jupiter (me for instance) - I prefer waiting a few weeks more and receive a finetuned product - ... not to mention that KnC Hosting was a desaster

i really hope they deliver Q1. Q2 is just so long from now...
a lesson one could learn lookin back 2013 is that Q1/Q2 will ALWAYS mean Q2 and not Q1 Exactly! Probably even in July. But always way better than BFL or even worse Terrahash!
