Version 2.0.2 beta release is available for Windows now!

2.0.2 fixes sync issues and adds a new feature to automatically import pre-rebase wallets using intense-wallet-cli. Use the commands
Code:
--wallet-file <old.wallet>
or
Code:
--upgrade-legacy <old.wallet>
in intense-wallet-cli to convert pre-rebase wallets without messy exporting of private keys.  Smiley

--upgrade-legacy only upgrades the file and exits, while --wallet-file loads the wallet after upgrading.

The new feature and 2.0.2 release will be in open beta for a short while until we bump it to an official release. I expect linux and mac binaries to be available tomorrow. Please DM me on our Discord which is the easiest way to get a hold of me directly, or post on our GitHub issues page with any problems.

Can you update the GUI wallet: https://github.com/valiant1x/intensecoinwallet/releases
To the beta version, so we can test?

With the latest version of xmr-stak, its okay to mention intensecoin as currency as it will use the updated algorithm.

Thank you for this!  Running this daemon with the 2.0.1 GUI wallet, this is the first time my wallet has fully synced since the algo change.

And here too I see as much as 2 drawing competition which will last till may 20. Lately a lot of hands, I think this is due to a glut in the market. Also here open VPN marketplace will soon be a reality.

Hi.
Please tell me what I have a problem with downloading the wallet ?
In my 2.0.1 GUI wallet, the sync stopped on block 1052 and went backwards to block 1239 . After 10 to 15 hours, the synchronization unit 320 shown and again went in the opposite direction to 689 block . Connected all the demons , but no changes have occurred .  Give advice .

Maybe you can try to delete the older local wallet files(please make sure to back up first!!!), then use wallet 2.0.2 to start from scratch.Sometimes the wrong local wallet files will make the sync failed.

Good morning folks! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the few of you here who haven’t found me on reddit or discord! Hello Smiley my name is Bobby and I’m the new community manager for IntenseCoin.

Now that the formalities are taken care of, I’d like to explain a little bit about what i’ve been doing my first week on the team. When it comes to handling day to day, and sometime minute to minute tech-related questions, the Discord server has become the most effective way to reach us. I’ve also taken over the duties of moderating our subreddit along with another of our discord mods Sunny. So far our goal has been to replicate the useful tools and information that come from our community on Discord, as well as organizing that information into guides and reference material that should ideally answer any current questions a new or returning user may have.

That being said, those two platforms are where I solve 20+ technical support questions every day, and if you or someone you know needs our help, that is where you should go. I’ll try to stop in here occasionally to see if I can help though. Smiley

I cannot believe it is almost a month since the wallet problem appeared.
If devs are blind I'll explain: nobody will start or trust a coin with a wallet
which is not working and a crowd which is dissat and cannot get it's coins in or out.
Is it a trick before you disappear, was there a dev split or jsut good old scam?

To be accurate we released a fork, planned for the 14th of May, on the 21st of April when problems with sync started to happen after we acted in defense against the attack on our blockchain. I apologize for the issues users experienced and we have released yesterday version 2.0.2 that is fixing current sync problems. If you do need further assistance please join our discord.

Thank you

It is better you add commands / GUI tutorials for wallet 2.0.2 on bitcoin forum. There are Intense users over the world. English chatting may lead to misunderstanding. It is also impossible to serve them one by one in discord channel. And unofficial statements from forum members in discord may not be reliable. (They can lie.)
I think you should teach people
1. how to upgrade 1.4.x wallet to 2.0.2 wallet. also, what if the people already synced with 2.0.0 / 2.0.1 blockchain, do you need to erase the old blockchain?. which files should be backed up and which files should be erased.
2. how to transfer (deposit / withdraw) funds to / from TradeOrge and Stocks.exchange. How to send / receive with integrated address (in stocks.exchange) and original address + payment ID (in TradeOrge).
is it possible to transfer funds between exchanges? can you mine directly to exchange address?

Thanks for the information.

As @mroctopus stated, this needs to be official with large print!
The website still links to the old 2.0.1 version on Github.

Additional info:

Roadmap states ther are 5% reserved for bounties.
What kind are they? How can we participate?

new intensecoind  seems to be causing more hdd load on sync than other coins. adding 20 blocks at the speeds others typically add 100 blocks. Anyone experienced the same?
