dude relax, there is plenty of time. They have not been consistent at all about what time they post updates. But at least they are posting them every week, so the last thing that needs to happen is for people to get upset about something that BA is actually finally doing right. I'm relaxed. But how do you go from Wednesday to Thursday to whenever we feel like.

You bought twenty? Why didn't you just by an X-3? Bought togather with friend Well if your willing to reduce your price I may be interested. I can currently buy an ant for less than $350 dollars, which will run twice as fast and we know that they are a real product. No offense, but there is no real indication that these are even real yet. I doubt we will be able to agree upon a price though, as you would have to come significantly down. BTW-we should be receiving an update any time now which should tell us whether they will ship at the beginning of May. Which miner is that? Twice as fast and less than what i paid for my x1? Ill just get a refund and put it on that. Antminers, where have you been? Last year $290 a piece for 100 GH/s was a bargain, maybe even February. April and onwards....not so much.

if they had a good news they would post it immediately..and in this case,I can just imagine what will they tell us..(or they can lie to us one or two more weeks and then AGAIN some unexpected problem with new compensate plan with 0,0000000000000000001 th more hash power in month,two...)

Debit, Black Arrow should pay you for posting updates. You're doing a better job promoting them than themselves!

Black Arrow LTD is looking for OEM partners and is offering samples of 28nm Minion Bitcoin miner chips (discounted or free).
Here is where your hard earned pre order money went! EDIT: They are able to give away samples of chips and $10,000 discounts, and yet they cannot improve the compensation package...? Well, this is the minion chip, which yeah, it's where our money went. If it was a scrypt chip I could see the outrage (and I'd be right there with you!), but I think they've always shown on their site that the minion was available to OEMs. I do agree that it seems there is room for better compensation if they can provide discounts, but even there, that's a discount off of a net new order -- receiving less money, not digging into their pockets to pay out. You can be broke and offer a discount. I like that they will give a discount if you open source your PCB design -- that might work out well for WASP and others. Maybe next fall we can order well built, open source, upgradeable machines... one can dream.

First a little bit of chartism for the serious investors lol If you make a quick analysis of the Bitcoin chart the price has a strong support in the zone between 370 and 400 $ (the lost of this support means the price will drop deep to the bottom) in the other hand the next resistance is first the 560 $ (200 days moving average) and after that the zone of 600 $ if the price can break this resistance in the next days/weeks we will see the beginning of a bullish trend. In my opinion this option is more probable but of course I can be wrong. ok today price close was 357,57$ time to close all positions (or open shorts) and wait to see where is the price ground

Wouldn't this mean that: If they were just on time, then 8 days from next week, say the 16th, would be the 24th which would be not much time to go from chip to finished miner. I just dont see it by May 1st, even with being 8 days ahead.

@ BlackArrow I can show you someone who is more competitive than you and will ship on promised date: The details: Supplier A 1 GHS = 0.00415 BTC 100GHS = 0.415 BTC Which is there cost for the same amount of GHS you are promising. Blackarrow $373 for the unit at BlackArrow (min quantity 10) $410 for the unit at MinerSource At current exchange rate 1 BTC = US$359 Your price is now more than 1 BTC, for that same amount of BTC I can get over 200GHS of Cloud based Mining at CEX.io using their May Futures and I bet it will land before you ship. Even at there current daily price you could probably get 100GHS right with the rate sitting just over 0.010 per GHS If anyone found this interesting and would like to sign up there, I would appreciate you using my referral link https://cex.io/r/2/ceslicknz/0/Good luck

Thank you for reiterating this promise. I would also like to see a reevaluation of the compensation plan for Batch 1.

Great. I have had faith that they will come through for us. Hopefully that ends up being the case.
I think though that people shouldn't bother pointing at existing numbers for anything. Until they ship the price of Bitcoin is going to be up and down. What is a factor today may be twice as much tomorrow, or half as much. Just have to wait and see.
Hopefully though this good announcement won't be followed by a delay announcement.

Everyone who is waiting on a $ refund from me either via wire or check should get a response by tomorrow night, been super hectic between switching banks, NYC Conference and dealing with our new partner, Microcenter.
Matt, please get back to me, it's been 2 weeks -- I've sent PMs, emails and left a phone message and I'm just not hearing anything back. Thanks, -Tom

Price promise:
We are looking for long term partners and wish to be your only BTC ASIC supplier by providing required stock on time and competitive market price (will price match on $/Ghash any BTC ASIC company as long as their offer is genuine and stock available at the same time as ours).
Here is where your hard earned pre order money went! EDIT: They are able to give away samples of chips and $10,000 discounts, and yet they cannot improve the compensation package...? Price promise. LOL. These guys are lying sacks of shit that also promised their customers they would give us enough hashpower to ROI and are now fucking our brains out and changing their tune on that while running down the path on other shit, which they apparently do have money for. I hate these fuckers more every day. ^This. Read it again and again, read it and know it's true. Blackarrow are filth. The "price promise" basically just encourages batch 1 customers to believe that they subsidized BA developing a FAB that they can then use to cut lucrative deals later on, leaving batch 1 suckers holding the bag. Hey Batch 2 customers have paid also and they don't even get any compensation they have had to wait also maybe not as long as batch.
