You would have to buy power supplies for all of those Antminers though.  So it's not a real comparison unless you throw that into it.  You're probably closer to 3th which granted you'd have now, but you'd also get 3th (Sort of because you have to pay for the PSU and shipping on that third th) if they shipped on time.  And the BA have a better power to gh ratio so they'd earn you more over time than the antminers.

That said, since you have to apparently pay for the extras on the third TH and we're not sure they will ship on time, you may be better off with the antminers unless they adjust their compensation again.

He would've ROI'd with Antminers by now and then some if he had got a bunch of them in Jan/Feb even with power supplies.

But if he ordered on batch 2 it's 15th of May delivery not March so he needs to say what batch he is not be vague.

I think the original delivery was end of April for batch 2.  I don't know where this 15th of May date comes from.

I have ordered in November 2013 on Batch 1. When is shipping? I still waiting a half year. Shipping should be at the end of February 2014.
Those scammers of BA are promising everything and they do nothing.

Ya, i am figuring i will email him a few more times. After i continue to get ignored i will just file a complaint with the FTC, if you are stateside i would suggest doing the same if nothing is done. I would like to think if the FTC gets a few complaints from different individuals all having the same issues, that is when they start to look into things.

Will it do anything. I do not know. It is all i can do though, short of throwing a hissy fit and making stupid threats as others have in the past, not about all that though.

Mining in the office eh? Im not too sure they will appreciate the power consumption and many offices have lots of locked down networks, do you even know if its possible at your office?
