Also, I don't think they owe us any compensation. No where did they promise to give compensation if they were late. I'm happy with what they are giving us. I realize some people are not. Everybody can't be happy.

Black Arrow promises to do its best to offer lower retail price than its competitors and guarantees that in the eventuality of a price decrease before shipment, all preorders will benefit of a proportional increase in hashing power. For this reason the customers who have been with us from the beginning will always receive the best deals. |

I paid for them to get miner on Feb not May and if they mentioned delivery date was on May, i did not even order.(they did not keep 30 April delivery again) So BA need to compensate us becuase value of miner dropping due to hash rate up |

That risk may be that shipping would be late, or that specs are not met, or even a company disappearing with your money. This is a risk EVERYONE should have been aware of. We should not be shocked that they're late and demand compensation. We didn't lay down our money, or we shouldn't have, with the belief that they would be 100% on time with no problems. It would be naive to think so, based on what has gone on in the past in the bitcoin community. That's all I'm saying. Now, saying all that BA can try to make it right and be a 'good' company in the mining world. And I hope they do, but I never expected them to if things went wrong. I won't post again regarding this topic as it really doesn't help anything. |

Didn't miss that. That does not say anything about them giving you something because they miss deadlines. All that says is exactly what I said, and exactly what the other guy said, is that they will not be charging you more per Gh/s than anyone. In addition to the 1 unit for every 2 ordered, there should be some type of price reduction or something on the units to get them on par with what is available dollar per hash wise. Either that, or you are correct, that there has really been NO compensation package for the delay, and that the additional units given are just to satisfy their "best price per hash" guarantee. |

No, when they first came out saying what they were doing in september, they had THE best prices you could find for hardware. Even though they were predicting Feb del, If they delivered then, it would have been still pretty awesome, but i don't think anyone saw bitmain coming out. I know if i had, i would have just saved my money for them. That promise to me means that they were to keep that same type of edge on their competition. If The going rate for one ant miner that hashes at 200ghs (lets use nice numbers for arguments sake, and they are def capable of doing 200 no issues) is 200 dollars, that is a dollar a gh/s. At 279+ dollars for 100 gh/s from black arrow, clearly the antminer is the better deal. To me black arrow means that they will either drop th price down to 99 dollars for each x-1 to stay competitive, yeah right, or give the people who ordered either cloud hashing or equipment that does the same thing. The price thing has nothing to do with KNC doing what they did with compensation. When they say match they mean match what ever is FOR SALE from the competitors. If you are really having issues with this, good luck with the rest of your life man  |
