Ken,

Any chance you can explain where the 320620 Outstanding shares came from that are on CT?

I believe Ukyo's shares were only ~220K so that means theres an extra ~100K on the CT side. Can you please shed some light into what occurred to make this happen?

Thanks,
A longtime silent shareholder

Also Ken, can you give me access and moderator privileges to this thread please?

I would be happy to quit my day job and spend 24 hours a day deleting the trolls in here.  I would be totally biased and delete anyone who spoke out of turn and would find it very therapeutic indeed.  Grin

Mr KSlaughter, when are you going to enlighten us of ActM fiancial situation by publishing PL statement and proper balance sheet?
Please publish one for the year of 2013 (as of 31 December) and give us a deadline for a proper January statement. You have jerked us (investors) around for way too long.

Excuses are unacceptable.

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

Welcome to the world of ActM. Please draw a number at our IntelliTicket(TM) system and exit on the left. Thank you!

SPECIAL OFFER ALERT, before you leave: Please consider investing even more by taking a look at Ukyo's discounted shares on CT. Please take one for the team and buy them up. We will release "your" shares shortly after, if we feel like it. After that, TO THE MOON!

I know it's not an answer from Ken, but let me give it a shot:

If anyone takes a closer look on the books, you can see that right now there are ~120k shares for sale. Most of them should be the ones from UKYO (@.0005, @.0006 and @.001). The rest seem to be shares from folks who bought shares of off these UKYO walls and try to sell these for a profit.
About the last 100k shares: these are the ones that were never sold at the IPO's before the CT-time (See BF and BTCT) and Ken issued these on CT at first to test the system (see the first (test) trades @.01 from I think Ken himself or someone who would pay 0.01 right at the time).
So right now those 100k shares are NOT in the sell book and are not traded! Ken is keeping them right now (they belong to ActM) but they need to be issued to receive dividends later(which go into ActM's pocket, maybe to buy more hashing Power) and that they don't vanishe somehow (dividends would be wrong if those shares weren't issued on any trading site).

That's what I think is going down right now.

EDIT: sorry, quote corrected, am on mobile

Ohai. Been living under a rock since September.

Are we hashing yet? I don't see any dividends coming in... ? How is the company doing, financially? Where can I sell my shares?

EDIT: Oh... sorry! Sad

What's the deadline given by Ken for trading to commence?

The quote below is from a week ago. Since then, Ken is still holding our shares hostage until he's made another 100+ BTC selling Ukyo's shares and excluding the rest of his shareholders from trading.

As soon as I get the verification program up on the server, then as investors get verified we will start sending the list over to CT to create the accounts which will include the shares.  So, once the accounts are created then trading will start.

Ken, WHEN is this happening!?

Could you commit yourself to at least this one date in front of your shareholders?

Yes, I will be working on this the next few days.  I don't see to many problems getting it running ASAP.

Crying and learning from your mistakes have both been suggested, but aren't strictly necessary.

He has been saying that for more than 2 months now.
Why not set a plausible deadline and stick to it. It'll surely calm some of the uncertainty here.

Also I urge Ken to hire a good PR . Your updates are often vague and oddly put which often causes confusion and create misunderstandings . You really really need to hire someone for better communication.

How about we stop giving Ken the answers and we wait to see what he comes up with? I think this is a grand idea, and it will allow us to gain more insight on Ken's thought process and help us understand where his head is at.

We could do but you would be waiting for a long time as he's too busy running the business to be replying to every question that crops up on here. We have given him plenty of space to answer the 28nm vs 20nm questions today and he hasn't shown, so how long do I or anyone wait when I have what I think is the answer to a spurious allegation?

So I am 90% sure I know the answer and post it. Seems fairly reasonable to me especially as other people are posting their views (that he's secretly selling his own shares). A frankly ridiculous accusation as these figures are the official ones from our CT isting.  It does seem a lot of Drama Queens on here don't like it when there is a sensible answer to an extravagant accusation of Ken being some sort of master criminal or scammer.

Finlof - like I said I'm 90% sure this is correct. I'm sorry if simple facts annoy you so much but I'm not making excuses just informing people.

So apparently according to Minerpart, 90% sure means it's a fact.  sounds like sound reasoning to me.  keep posting all the facts man.  you've been right so many times on all these "facts" you've been posting.

EDIT - and to reference your "Ken's too busy to post on here" BS - no one believes that shit.  he is on here a lot and deletes posts and replies to certain posts.  he only replies to the ones he wants to.  so if he's not answering that means he either a) doesnt think it's important enough to answer right now, b) doesnt care about the question, c) doesnt care for that specific person (or has them on ignore), d) has something to hide and is buying as much time by leaving things in ambiguity, e) some or all of the above.  stop making excuses for him about being so busy and doesnt have time etc.  it really is so old.
