This used to be such a fun thread. Let's get past this trading thing, I'll tell you why:
If Ken really is being investigated by Missouri Securities folks, there's no way in hell he is going to put your shares on any exchange. That's like being charged with rape, and before the case comes up on the docket, going out and raping again. Even Ken wouldn't do that, and you can't honestly ask him to.
On the other hand, if he has not been contacted, and the whole investigation thing is just a hoax, begging on a forum is unlikely to change his mind.
So let's talk about something else.

So Ken could be like.. not lying. Yeah, can't write that off. But I wouldn't put trolling past VE either. The whole CanadianGuy/VMC hardware bit  I'm on the fence with this one, ~65% in favor of Yes, he's being investigated. |

Ken, any updates on Intellihash? Will this be ready to go when we receive our chips in April?
I am hoping to work on it more between now and April. I have been busy on the 55nm deal. So you did zero work on this until now? I thought you were advertising this for some time. |

Hi Ken,
Two questions:
1. How much of the eASIC NRE funds are available for use elsewhere if we no longer go with eASIC
2. Would you mind posting some kind of documentation of tapeout - personally I'd find it interesting, and others seem very keen to see it so they can stop wetting themselves.

We are working with our vendors to use any of the funds we may have paid them on our new 28nm project, our vendors seem to want to work with us and meet our other vendors prices. The project manager has been meeting with them last week and will be meeting with them again this week to get a quote. We want to get started on the 28nm ASAP. I don't have any documentation on the tapeout. This was for the shuttle run and prototypes which we have canceled and have now changed to the production run. See my weekly update for the wafer delivery dates. |

How can you have no documentation of tapeout? What about proof of IP? Proof of order with UMC? |

Will there be more delays whilst you get them re-done? What happened to those eAsic chips that had to be have their software changed to work with intelli-hash by the way? |

So VE by launching this complaint with the MO SEC may have set back trading for another month, or two. Doesn't bother me as I'm in this for the divs. If you wanted to trade Asap well don't forget to thank VE for his fine efforts. lol such a nice guy.

I'm not angry atall. The shareholders who wanted out should be. They should consider launching a legal suit against him for damaging the company out of malice. There is not a genuine bone in that mans body. He resents Ken somehow for the closure of BTC-TC where he lost money. Hardly Ken's fault. But VE is not a rational being.

I am not going to check this thread again for a month, as that is the absolutel earliest we could possibly be trading, now that Ken will have to wait to 1) meet with his lawyer 2) wait for them to talk to whoever called Ken 3) them to work things out
And that's assuming Ken doesn't just 4) get his ass shutdown and we are all wiped out as shareholders.

lol. If someone had threatened to shoot you and then offered 9mm rounds for sale on this forum do you think you might get a bit upset about it? I don't know about this 'lose shares' business, sounds like a joke, if VE has his share-tender info from Bitfunder that is cast iron solid and can't be changed by anyone not even Ken. If the shares were denied him he would have a case based on his tender details and investigations could be made. But Ken couldn't do that anyway as the shares are sold anonymously. There is no way for Ken to know which shares belong to who.You are defending a criminal who has made death threats. You should be careful what you say on here. We are being watched now. |
