so far it has been nearly 2 months without a word to any of the users affected by this, no email nothing. and they officially stole all the money that was in each of these accounts. that is a huge sum of money if you think about it.
they are set for a while now even if they had any monetary issues.

Bittrex have now started trading Bitcoin Gold. Did not see any announcment on there web site (other than the old BTG announcment) about this.
Good news is that they have honoured the fork promise and I got my equvalent BTG even though I had with withdrawn my Bitcoin a few days after the fork.

Did you follow the instruction that was sent to your email that is attached to Bittrex? Much better if you create a support ticket and follow up every day. They dont respond in this forum.

Good for you, you were able to receive your BTG. I don't know what happened but as far as I remember I still have balance when Bittrex taken a snap shot of everyone balance but I didn't receive a single BTG today.

(#2) They literally don't give a fuck about you.

* I don't have any evidence of #1, just speculation

- Lack of staff or amount of tickets is not the problem.

Certain people can get responses to a ticket multiple times a day, or every day, back to back - while (clearly) others do not get any priority.

If you're not getting responded to, they're intentionally not responding. If you haven't had any response at all, or over 30 days, you're probably fucked.

It's possible who they sleep with will hold off the cavalry for a while, but that will not last forever. They'll have more than enough to fight it though.

Guys is anybody here who can help me, contact someone from bittrex team.

My problem is simple : I lost password to my old account (EV), so i created a new one and Before enchanced verification i deposited funds (mistake). After deposition i did the verification and it blocked my account duo to acount duplicity. Now i am stuck with all the geographicly blocked guys in quee. Looks like it gonna last forever.

I warned every one here, in twitter, telegram and... a hundred time.
If you have access to your account now, you are lucky, withdraw all of your money before they stuck your money and scam you! this is a real warning. as you can see every day some new people are joining to disabled users!

same here, cant withdraw BTC eventhough 24 hrs already passed...that hurts. still 0.9 btc left over there.   i gave my hopes up that they will proceed my verification.

any idea how one could proceed legally against them?

Anybody can help please, since 15 days i cant withdraw my coin from Bittrex, even i am trading and buying. Almost 24 ticket created in last 15 days but not verified. Some Ticket: Request #444494, Request #490301 , Request #482705, Request #417511 etc....
