what did they answered to you?
and did you put ticket number to one that you asked to unlock account, or did you put selfie, id picture and everything else inn 2fa ticket and asked for verification ?

I created a new 2fa ticket, with the title reactivated my account, telling them that even with this system my account was still blocked and joining a selfie with written "bittrex" and the date of the day with the pictures of the id card double-sided
