You have a very interesting case there with Bittrex but if they blocked you in submitting support tickets, try going public by posting in twitter and tagging those who are known to be related to running Bittrex day to day operation. Check the twitter accounts below and send them a DM or post in twitter then tag them. That should get their attention. Below are their Twitter accounts;

Hm, I'm just wondering what are you pertaining to when you say "new bittrex version". I literally logged in right away when I saw your post and see if something has been changed inside Bittrex but I'm not seeing any changes at all. Do I miss something here? Are you pertaining to their wallet or their website or maybe their graph?

Regarding their registration, I've read somewhere that they will be opening it in the coming weeks but they didn't provide any concrete timeline for it.

Go to http://beta.bittrex.com, it is a new version of the Bittrex experiment before it is released to the public.
In my opinion, this version does not indicate that Bittrex is a huge exchange and has lots of volumes, like newly released Exchange. 
I am more comfortable using the usual version, it is more authoritative and looks cool.

This is just a beta and experiment but I can go in and smoothly, maybe you forget the password. Try again and remember your password.

I would like to update this post with latest news.

I wasn't able to raise support ticket because account was blocked due to password reset.
Guy from Bittrex support was very good and we managed to figure out what happened and how my coins went to Nigeria.
It has nothing to do with verification, instead, email was compromised.

How " they" managed to hack gmail account to not show emails is still a big mystery to me.

i heard that electroneum community have applied for the listing of their coin on bittrex exchange but it took too much time. I am wonder that why some coins take that much time for adding to that exchange. Can we know the reasons. I am asking it to increase my knowledge so that before investing in any ICO I will be aware that this particular coin will be added to bittrex or any bigger exchange easily or not. Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, they have an "extensive" way of verifying information regarding the coin itself and its developers. Though I don't know the exact list of documents needed to be submitted or any other criteria that need to be fulfilled by the team, Bittrex tend to communicate with the main devs of the coin and ask thems to make their names a publicly identifiable person. This somehow ensures that there's no anonymous developer that could make shady activities for the coin being listed in their exchange.

Maybe this is due to the policies being laid out to them to protect their customers. Believe it or not, it is a very tedious process for both parties thus producing longer times of being added/listed. Some devs didn't even reply to their inquiry.

Is Bittrex down for anyone else or is it just me currently? It always makes me so nervous when exchanges just go down..

I've already found a small bug in the UI (if you scroll to a certain position and stop, after 1-2 seconds the page will move up by itself 2 times), also the history of the orders seems to be lost, but all in all it looks great.
