I think Binance is mostly fine, at least for now (as long as you're not connecting from one of the restricted countries). Bisq isn't bad either but it's a different thing so it's very limited when it comes to volume and available trading pairs. Thank you for the tips. I guess it has to remain Binance for non-fiat trading. The reputation of Bittrex has been battered by several users posting here because of some past irregularities it had including accusation of selective scamming and inflating data and sending to CMC.Which would you recommend for fiat trading? [/quote] Ever since Bittrex has started locking accounts without notifying their users (including me), that's the start of their business to collapse. Users started to switch to another exchange and we cant blame them. The least thing that they (Bittrex) can do when they make changes is notify its users and they failed to do that. Maybe they notified some or those with higher funds in their account but still its not an excuse.

Which would you recommend for fiat trading? That depends on what's available at your jurisdiction, it's hard to recommend anything as almost every exchange suffers from various problems, it's more about picking your poison if you really must deal with fiat.

Absolutely love that poison/fiat analogy And yes, nearly all exchanges suffer from problems one way or another so it is all about selecting one and taking the plunge, so to speak.

Oh it seems to me that you consider it low standards when people know what they Accept in the TOS before they use a service. I haven't used Bittrex since they started asking for KYC. Before that, they didn't have these 0.25 BTC extortion schemes going on. Which in your opinion are the best exchanges for crypto-to-crypto (non-fiat) trading that do not require KYC? Binance for Sure. if you wanna get your account frozen with no reason stay in bittrex lol

Stiff competition is probably one of the reasons they are trying to be very active or else they go down the drain. I also remember they recently announced that Bittrexx International would stop operating in dozens of countries due to the "uncertain regulations" there... so they have to maximize else where.

I received an email from Bittrex and finally they launched an app for trading, but for now it works for iOs or Apple. I hope they can come up with the app for android users as I think there are more android users out there compared to Apple. I have'nt downloaded it yet on my iPad but as soon I have, I will post my initial feedback on the trades I made using the app.

Is it too little too late for them? As logfiles mentioned competition has been fierce for so long so either they try to turn the tide and lift Bittrex to a higher level or basically they fall in to the cesspit of other trash exchanges

Well, Bittrex and Poloniex used to (completely) dominate the crypto-exchange volume back in 2016, until Binance made awesome progress in late 2017. Right now, "all" of Bittrex's volume is less than the top three trading pairs at Binance.
If Richie really wants to compete with Binance, he'll have to make "tough decisions"... and by "tough decisions", I mean requiring less KYC. He seems to be playing real safe as of now, let's see if he changes his style.
Bittrex has too many complaints in this forum and I myself experienced one those complaints that was logged here which is they suspended my account without notifying me. They asked me to send documents to prove my identity. Its like they put my funds in hostage unless I send them my IDs which I think is wrong. My funds in Bittrex is not even that big to think that I am into illegal activities.

I will join the telegram group and look around. I already joined a bunch of telegram groups like for Binance but it doesn't give much help to those who encountered issues but instead, they will just point them back to creating a support ticket and wait. Sometimes they are more responsive in twitter than replying to support tickets.

Sometimes they are more responsive in twitter than replying to support tickets. This is true in every sense. I've encountered some problems with them in the past and the only communication that made them move and resolve my issue was by Twitter. You might as well tweet something in their account there and hopefully, someone will take notice of it. With that platform, the public will know that they are not responding to your issues and they do not want any publicity like that. Try it out. Let's see if they'll respond.

Can anyone please guide me on how to use the coins which delisted from the Bittrex? There is no enough information on social media and the exchange "help" section for this kind of case. Thanks beforehand.
their policy for recovering delisted coins/tokens is published here: https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000961172basically, if you don't withdraw by the delisting date, you need to open a new support ticket and pay a 0.25 BTC "recovery fee" in order to get your coins back. Bittrex will attempt to recover tokens from wallets that have been removed. Bittrex notifies customers multiple times prior to removing wallets for a token from the exchange. Bittrex also provides a minimum of 30 days for customers to withdraw funds from wallets that are schedule to be removed from the exchange. Customers who do not withdraw their funds before the communicated deadline will be subject to a 0.25 BTC recovery fee for the wallet balance of the individual token they wish Bittrex to recover on their behalf.

Someone have just announced about a new credit program in Bittrex platform in a seperate thread here : https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=5220521As i can see the Bittrex offical account is not anymore active and i have doubt that Bittrex use other accounts to promote itself because the official account has already a full list of red trusts. Account affiliated maybe owned by Bittrex or get paid to post about the credit program. I lost all hopes that Bittrex is a trusted platform even i hadn't any problem using it, but because all the accusations and unsolved issues with it claimed by other users as shown here .

Those previous scam accusations really have hurt Bittrex. I think it is far too late for Bittrex to catch Binance, it is highly unlikely. It is quite surprising how Binance came from nowhere and dominated the exchange space. Maybe something else will need to happen before Bittrex can make up ground such as a clamping down of fake trading volumes on CMC so fake exchanges fade away.

Not anymore. It's probably my second-most frequently used exchange; the first one is Binance. I think I can divide my trading activity by the following percentages: 50% Binance 25% Bittrex 12% Coinbene 12% Kucoin 1% Graviex TBH, in recent times, I've remained satisfied by all of these exchanges.

It is good that you use a wide variety of exchanges because if one lets you down you have a selection to choose from to keep your trades going. Binance is the one exchange that hardly has any bad reports against it. How often do you use Bittrex? Is it still your go-to exchange and most frequently used one?
