toomuch sell pressure.... (it makes me puke when I see sell-buy orders...my school was secundary school of economics--learned quite alot--how to be good bussines man alike...yes yes...run company , bla bla , pay taxes bla bla--(totaly NONECONOMIC mostoftimes)--so they spend later on LUXURY and SHIT and do almost nothing for country --at least in my place---heavy CORUPTION) whos gona buy if looks like everyone wants to sell....
yes yes...the masses... they will come ... but we need masses, with desire to buy ... and that THEY could buy something later.. (...or make PROFIT...) like TEE or something ... and not for milions of ECC ... more like 10000 for 10 grams of TEA ... OR SOMETHING

I have latest Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 and can not start ECC QT. Similar issue is observed for peer coin QT. It simply does not start Mint coin works for me though! To be able to start and use. Just letting to know what I observe here. ECCoin works great on my mac. I have found something very in common with Mac wallets. You need the latest version of OSX mavericks. The only coins I have a problem with are Zeitcoin and Mazacoin, everything else works on Mavericks. ECCcoin works perfectly. Most likely upgrading to Mavericks will solve it. Just a trade off for having a Mac and more security.
Not worried at all about the low price. Miners can and will mine and dump it, buyers can accumulate it. The only concern for me are the long term plans of the Devs, I hope they intend to support the coin long term, obviously that is the most critical factor beyond the design and community. 20+ sats sounds reasonable long term, if they are in the for the long haul, easy. MINT got up to 62 briefly and was more numerous.

Good to share, One mac expert will look deep on it soon. I send pm to him don't know when he gets back. There is another mac guy as well on my list to ask. When needed i can get more people look on the matter. |

You are damaging the same coin you are mining.... is it so urgent to sell it that low...
instead of just put a sell order at 7 and wait to be sold?

Those messages who promotes %51 attack. Other insincere messages deleted by me and keep me deleted. Bitcoin and all cryptos are not perfect they are "open source" projects. You no need code knowledge to hack a Crypto. (I'll not say speak about this) Also ECC is at PoW period. We have enough miners for verifications and less mean to target attacks. So there is not any problem here! If the matter is about MINT and it's bad codes, please share the trouble there and instead of promoting this bla bla, repair it and help MINT fix the issue. Speaking about these matters not helping growing cryto.
This is ECC thread. Our goals is different. Moreover i have not heard any PoS crytos hacked. Also ECC has nothing to get attack. If there any insane trying to hack our network. All i can say it's bad luck for all planet. We are here to free people also him from several problems.

To make a 51% attack you need knowledge more than hashing power...even at aurora how can they believe the 51% attack if they say it was from multipools..? did suddenly all the pools together worked as one.. and even had programmers to make a new chain? or three as they say?
Here goes the 5 satoshi wall at mintpal...
Its not about the price.. its respecting the coin... the people who try to make it work... and its building confidence watching a steady price..than 1 satoshi dead coins....
its not even profitable to mine and dump at this moment.. i cannot .. really i cannot understand their acts... and its not early miners of the coin...
cause they could sell for long days ago at 7 or even 9.. its newcomers to the coin... and in contradiction they are selling millions... how could they mine them
in few days? with crazy hash poweR? well i wish their asics-gpus just burn.. cause its a waist for every coin.. their panic sales actions..

I hope before PoS arrives we can start multipool paying with ECC, we can mine now, (some testers seen it) but can't pay reward system not ready also, we have plans to establish internal exchange system. We use our own technology and system (complex usage of several systems) i believe it's better than other current multipools who mines other cryptos. When PoS starts we mine only PoW cryptos which is most profitable according to our internal profit algo. So community can mine ECC after pos. If they keep mining with our pool. We expect increasing prices in the future. Because we sell BTC buy ECC. And this will create extra momentum when other miners see growing prices more miners will drop and prices more up.This plan only for miners. We will focus on global area, complete translations, push more marketing there, getting more shops and associations. I try to organize community to help more and more. Ideally community should come up with solutions such as multi pool etc. |
