You are right, arsenals problem is lack of consistency they are never consistent, they have a very good coach who have tried everything possible to make sure they carry the premier league title and no body can say is his fault and I believe there coach has identified what there problem is which is buying a player who can give them more goals, what the management should do is work with the coach so they can buy the kind of player he needs in the team, they are going for victor osime and how I wish victor osime will accept to go to arsenal because arsenal will be very much okay for him they will give him the pass needed and he will score the goals needed, I believe with victor osime they will carry many trophies, however I don't see any chance of them winning this season premier league title Because they are not consistent and Liverpool will not give them that chance the only way arsenal can have a chance is if Liverpool drop form and I don't think that will happen this season, like you said let them use this remaining transfer window to do what they can, but no chance in buying osime this season let them try next season.

Transitioning into a new system takes time especially with a squad that is still adapting however Maresca has proven his tactical intelligence at Leicester City, I believe he can rebuild Chelsea and restore them to former glory despite the current challenges at the club.
