Perfectly correct, this is exactly inline with what I also said in my comment on the other premier league thread on this board, Arsenal does pretty well, performs exceptionally well when they really want and need to, but their inconsistency has been the major challenge they have.
In the last two previous seasons, they performed so well that most of us actually thought they could beat Manchester city to winning the title but just at the crucial time when they weren't really supposed to be losing or drawing any games due to their previous lost and drawn games, they continue to perform poorly leading to them always ending up in the top 4.

And this season as well is a clear example of Arsenals inconsistency, just as you have said, with Manchester city off the way, Arsenal was really the next most of us hoped for to be inline to win the title, but unfortunately, their not being consistent lead them to still fall behind while Liverpool took the top position, really hope this is something they can correct in the coming season to better their chances of winning the league title after a very long time..

The last match of PL is gonna happen soon. This is the game between Chelsea vs Westham. As per the odds, Chelsea is favorite, and i do like to bet on them. They played at home, with a better squad than Westham.

The only thing that is worrying me if Maresca does another dumb rotation. This is obviously destroying his team's gameplay. Hopefully, he's not going to do that. I believe Chelsea can win the game so i take them. If they lose, i were not lucky enough.

I think some of the rotations in the starting line up that Enzo Maresca have done this season were actually unnecessary. I know he's got a squad with a quality depth but he should try and stick to a particular starting XI so the team's performance can be stable. It's a home game for Chelsea so I expect them to easily beat West Ham who have been struggling since the start of the season.
Cole Palmer haven't been consistent this season like he was last season and I think it's high time he starts to score multiple goals so he can be considered for individual accolades at the end of the season

Chelsea has higher chances of winning the match, but Chelsea is a team that we can’t be so confident about. I just hope a similar thing won’t repeat itself today.

I know Chelsea will want to do everything possible to get a win against west ham today, because if they can get a win in the match, then they will be able to go back to top 4 position, which am sure Chelsea have been fighting for, so am sure Enzo Maresca won’t want to disappoint the fans today. But West Ham is a dangerous club, their performance has not been good, don’t be surprised that they will perform well today.

As long as Arsenal keeps getting closer and closer to the top of the league at one point in their title race pursuit they will lift the trophy for themselves. They way we analyse this games sometimes as though it's really easy to win titles amazes me. Arteta is doing the best he can. All he just needs is trusting his strategy and also making modifications where he feels it is needed.

Arteta is young and has a long career ahead of him. If he can't win the title race now he still have more seasons to win it as long as he remains focused on his goals and aspirations. Liverpool got extremely good this season and Arsenal couldn't beat that so next season it is up to Arteta to cook up something better to withstand the difficulties he experienced this season work on them and hit back for the title price.

Westham are currently ranked 15th in the Premier League table and this shows that they are not a team that has the potential to beat Chelsea, so I think Maresca should also be able to rotate his players in that match, what Maresca did  previously was right because it would be risky if he continued to rely on the starting eleven which same to play in every match, with the depth of the existing squad, the rotation made by Maresca should not affect their chances of victory, because I see they have many talented young players at this time and surely they will show their best performance in their match.

The match is the most interesting this weekend in my opinion and it seems quite difficult to predict, I don't know if Man City's performance has improved or not but in the previous match Man City was able to beat Chelsea when playing at the Etihad stadium I am curious what Man City will do when playing as a guest in this match because if you look at their statistics so far Arsenal is better and more consistent I might bet on BTTS which has odds @1.66.

Arsenal football team played very well in the last match and that team won the match one handed. That team did 5 goals in this match and that was excellent effort by that team and first goal did by Ødegaard and he did goal at 2 minutes of the match. And after his goal, Haaland did second goal of the match and he did goal at 55 minutes of the match and after this goal, score of both teams was equal but after that we saw big change in this match and Arsenal team players did back to back goals in this match  and after the goal of Haaland , Partey did goal at 56 minutes of the match and after 6 minutes we saw another goal by another player of  Arsenal football team . All players of that team looked very confident and that is the reason they won the match easily.

Chswa have got to be the better team, they’ve got the right forward in this game, Jackson might not be very consistent at scoring goals but Palmer on the other hand is a different ball game, Neto would be there to create those goal scoring chances too. Where Chelsea comes short is in their goalkeeper Sanchez. His good at making those silly mistakes that could be very damaging to the whole team effort. Now that Bowen gave West ham a lead in the first half against Chelsea, it is becoming very impossible for Chelsea to win this match. For Chelsea to be able to win this match, they will first be able to equalize before they will win. We all know how difficult Chelsea striker, Jackson finds it to score. So it is good to assume that the best result of Chelsea tonight is 1point.

I actually didn't follow up the first half, but I'm actually going to watch the second half and see how Chelsea will survive.

Liverpool have performed consistently since the start of the season without allowing a misfire, unlike Manchester City and Arsenal. I don't want to say anything about MC because it's already obvious, they've absolutely lost this season in a blowout, but Arsenal did have a chance to be in contention for the title, but now, even though they're not that far behind Liverpool - only 6 points - I don't think they can catch them.

Arsenal is unpredictable, that's what I have seen Arteta do in all his years ever since he joined the club. The way you are seeing then trying to make some attempt to meet Liverpool at the top, it's the same way they will regret you later. I have cut my expectations from them, I just want to see them win some games at least to be qualified for the Champions League next season so that  people wouldn't say they don't come to Champions League like other teams.

I don't know maybe I'm one of the people that don't think the current Arsenal will not be able to win the Premier League, they just can't. It is going to take them 2 more games to be won before they can qualify for the first place but as soon as they get there, you start to play as if it wasn't the same Arsenal that won some games before this one and that's why I have given up on them, they either improved their ways or remain their until their contract expired.

Chelsea have equalized the goal through a nice ground shot by Neto and are now leading by 2-1. The pressure is still high as Chelsea does not look satisfied with the narrow lead. 76th minutes and Chelsea have been awarded a free kick that was almost converted. The Blu3s have done well tonight and deserve the maximum points they are getting in the match.  West Ham started very well but they missed a lot of chances that would have given them the win.

It was nice to see my beloved Chelsea making that comeback after a bad start.    But honestly I didn't like the performance very much. Finding the target only 3 times out of 22 shots? This isn't good mate.

But at least it was good that they atoned for that terrible loss vs Manchester City. The same Manchester City lost vs Arsenal by even a bigger score as you know. This is why it looked that terrible. 

Anyway now Chelsea have taken 4th place back from Guardiola's club. But it looks like this rivalry will go on for a long time unless Chelsea start a good form.

I'm sorry, your prediction was not coming true. I totally agree about how garbage Jackson since a few weeks ago, and he keep doin' shit. However, they able to comeback. A goal from Neto combined with Palmer's deflected shoot have been helping Chelsea to win it.

They're now 2 points above City, and potentially to secure UCL place next season. I knew a stupid mistake by Colwill almost forced them to lose two or even three points, but it's not happening.

Previously Chelsea were in the top four by having a winning streak but unfortunately, because the competition in the Premier League standings is very tight. So, only with a few defeats and a few draws that Chelsea got before, making Chelsea out of the top four. Chelsea turned out victorious though it wasn’t an easy three points for them because despite Chelsea having more possession of the ball westham were better when they attacked and caused Chelsea much problems but kudos to Chelsea’s defense for being able to withstand the pressure and advances and make a comeback to the game to secure all three points in a 2:1 win over Westham United.

If I remember the kind of effort that West ham put in that match and remember the kind of goals that they missed, I will be sad that Chelsea won that match. There is a level that a club will put effort in a particular match and they will deserve even a point. This same thing happened to Bournemouth against Liverpool and it didn't settle quite well with me after they gave alot of effort in the match.

We all need to know the EPL of this season is very dynamic. A team can be very poor in a particular match and eventually becomes a gladiator in another match. I mean, Bournemouth can win by 5 goals this week and lose by 7 goals next week.
