The match between Chelsea and West Ham was very tight throughout the match, previously I thought the match would be an easy match for Chelsea and hoped they could win big, but it turned out that what I saw was actually beyond my expectations before, with the victory, Chelsea have managed to secure the top 4 of the Premier League standings

Even before the match started, I knew the match won’t be easy for Chelsea, west ham performance has not been good, but they could be a dangerous club, west ham is not a club which can be underestimated most especially when playing against a club like Chelsea, and as we can see that Chelsea performance has dropped, getting a win in their matches is always difficult, and we can see that their match against west ham wasn’t easy for them, but at the end, they were able to secure three points in the match, which is the main thing everyone is after, but Chelsea will have to improve their performance.

If I remember the kind of effort that West ham put in that match and remember the kind of goals that they missed, I will be sad that Chelsea won that match. There is a level that a club will put effort in a particular match and they will deserve even a point. This same thing happened to Bournemouth against Liverpool and it didn't settle quite well with me after they gave alot of effort in the match.

We all need to know the EPL of this season is very dynamic. A team can be very poor in a particular match and eventually becomes a gladiator in another match. I mean, Bournemouth can win by 5 goals this week and lose by 7 goals next week.

Chelsea were more preferred to win, even before the match kicked off but Westham's showed lots of effort and it helped them to score first before Chelsea, well as a Chelsea fan I didn't really panic cause our players perfomed better than them we got more better chances and even though we wasted the first half performance by failing to find the net and our defence gave Bowen more space to penetrate and score I was pretty sure we were going to bounce back.

 From the match statistics one could clearly see that we're lacking a proper striker, we could won them comfortably by scoring more goals but theirs no quality attacker in our squad cause we had 22 shots and only managed to get 3 on target, with a quality attacker I believe we would've converted more of those into a goal anyways the most important thing is the 3 points and being in the top 4 position.

Mikel Arteta is doing exceptionally well in raising talents at the Emirates and if they continue to progress like they're currently doing, they might help him win major trophies in no distant time

I think in a competition like the English Premier League, 9 points difference is a lot and equalizing this 9 point difference may not be possible for Arsenal this season. I would place Liverpool well ahead of all other teams to win the English Premier League title this season and consider Arsenal as runners-up. I hope those who follow the English Premier League regularly will definitely agree with my prediction.

Colwill's mistake made it a hard game for Chelsea. If he was not doing stupid mistake, his club could win the game easily. Losing a goal was obviously giving mental pressure to the Chelsea as they played at home, they have to win it.

I know how struggle they are but finally took three points after Palmer scored. Glad to see how Neto and Palmer did it.

They're now back again to the top 4, and hopefully, they able to widen the gap toward City and Newcastle.

I didn't know there was a break of one-week for the league games. The next week games are starting as of February 14th.

After last week results, Manchester City found themselves out of top 4 once again. That was a complete destruction by Arsenal though.    This should also be enough for all people to understand how horrible Manchester City are this season. Guardiola is just aiming to finish the season in top 4 as you can understand it from one of his recent statements in an interview as well. But it seems like even achieving that target won't be easy. Chelsea, Newcastle and Bournemouth are around them probably having the same goal with them.

This year seems to be a good year for Liverpool in every sense. They are performing exceptionally well in both the Champions League and the Premier League. I think United is gonna win this. I know they're terrible now, but Leicester is far worst than them. Importantly, no more Rashford in the squad, which mean they rely upon Garnacho and Bruno as their forwards.

I don't even feel Leicester can beat United in away game. The chance is there, but they have needed some magic to make it happen.

Even when they have RVN on their side, it would not change the situation. BTTS/Total over 2.75, that's my choice.

Since the beginning of the season, it’s obvious that Chelsea are not having a striker, Jackson which Enzo Maresca has been using is not really consistent, and recently his performance has been so poor, he has been missing lots of chances, and it’s high time Chelsea sign another striker, if they want to keep on making use of Jackson, then they will always find it difficult to score in matches, which is what Chelsea have been experiencing recently.

If you can check most Chelsea matches, they are always dominating their matches, but the problem they are always having is a lack of players that will convert those chances into goals, which if Chelsea doesn’t work on that position, is really going to affect them.

However, with the squad that Chelsea has, Chelsea should be able to do a lot in this match, but unfortunately Chelsea still haven't utilized their players' material. Because honestly I don't see many positive things in the match vs West Ham. Chelsea's front line is very blunt and lacks creativity. Plus their defense is easily explored by teams like West Ham. Luckily they won through an own goal from Wan Bisaka. For me, Chelsea still has a lot to improve because in the next match Chelsea's opponents will be tough, Brighton twice in the FA Cup and the Premier League then Aston Villa.

Chelsea is too tough to be a contender for the Premier League title this season, Liverpool is too far to catch up. So for me Chelsea just finishing in the UCL zone is enough and they have to try to win the FA Cup and Conference League. And Chelsea's potential to get the UEFA Cup is the most realistic because there are not many tough challengers.

I'm afraid Manchester City have been a mess for a very long time. The clubs which are in good shape and have effective attackers know how to benefit from their situation. Just like Arsenal did it there. But I must admit that score was so above my expectations also. 5-1... I can't imagine how disappointed Guardiola is after this embarrassing loss.     He is desperately trying to add new players to solve the issue but it doesn't look like he will do it this season.

They have faced injury issues also of course. But I don't think this is the sole reason why they look like shit. The players have lost the chemistry because of being in bad mood I think. Guardiola still can't do anything to bring back the full happiness among them.

I am at least satisfied with Chelsea's overall performance. Although Chelsea's performance is not consistent yet. I would say that Chelsea management should now take necessary steps to strengthen their squad. Enzo Maresca has proven his ability. And it is also understandable that he is going in the right direction. So Chelsea management should now provide Maresca with big funds to buy players.

Actually at the beginning of the season they actually performed very well and were even able to beat chelsea and hold arsenal and also intermilan draw in the UCL, but after rodri was injured they experienced inconsistency in their journey in every match and slowly made them slump in the English league standings, even loss rodri seemed to destroy their mentality and toughness in every match even against weak teams this season, but I think next season they will rise again and return to being challengers for the Premier League title, in the next few weeks, they are faced with difficult matches, besides in UCL they will also face newcastle, liverpool and also several other big teams in a row.

They had better win this match. The Premier League is already going terrible for them.    That loss against Crystal Palace showed it clearly once again. Amorim has a really difficult job to do.

Leicester aren't a powerful opponent normally. However they are dangerous anyway against Manchester United. Just like they beat Tottenham recently, they could do it here too. I hope Amorim's team show better performance this time.

By the way I believe they will still be competitive in the FA Cup. They are somehow more successful there even against big teams.
