Not surprised with Manchester United's losing points again.    At least they didn't lose the game. But it wasn't easy for them to get even one point.

Not losing is the best achievement. So it's natural when you're not surprised. I wonder why Everton were so careless that Manchester United could equalize the score to 2-2.

Everton are much better in Moyes' control. They are scoring much easier than before. This was why I didn't expect them to have a difficulty in scoring multiple goals today.

Everton has indeed become Moyes' home, but Moyes chose to wander looking for challenges with other teams including being willing to coach Manchester United at that time.

By the way what are Arsenal doing right now? Are they really going to throw the chance of closing in on Liverpool more?

I think people rate Arteta better than he actually is. I mean, he's a good coach, but there are some things he's lacking. One of those things is identifying areas his team needs to improve and figuring out the type of players that will fit into that area.
Two seasons ago, Arsenal were very good. I genuinely wanted them to win the league, but injury and fatigue came along the line and they dropped crucial points and Manchester City overtook them. They repeated the same thing last season. Now in the summer transfer window before this season, they had an opportunity to sign a striker and wingers, but they didn't. They could have also signed another creative midfielder to support Odergaard, but they didn't, now they're paying for it because I don't think they will win the league. They focused on defensive players instead.

With an attack like that, I don't see Arsenal overtaking Liverpool.

I too genuinely wanted Arsenal to win the league last two seasons ago, I think most people that just watch the English Premier League actually wanted Arsenal to win it back then but somehow managed to lose it against Manchester City that year, that made me to start having trust issues with Arsenal and Areteta. Just like you said, he really can't identify specific place for the type of player that suits that place, maybe it's just because his stubborn. Even that number 9 position, for a team that wants to win the league and you're having a striker like Kia in your main offence, lol. It's just funny though.

Of course arsenal was given the opportunity to win the premier league trophy some seasons ago but they couldn't utilize the opportunity, so therefore I don't dream about arsenal wining the premier league trophy anytime soon. moreover I was actually thinking that they can easily Gain victory over west ham in today's match so as to reduce the point gap between them and liverpool But it was quite unfortunate that they couldn't make use of the opportunity. Arsenal losing to West Ham is a big blow for its fight for the title. If they can't get a point against such an easy team, they'd no way lessen the gap with Liverpool in the remaining matches. On another match, Chelsea has taken a lead against Aston Villa. Last season Aston Villa had an impressive performance while they are lagging behind this season while Chelsea had an spectacular last moment rise. This season Chelsea could look for the third position. Tomorrow's Manchester City vs Liverpool would be a popular talk but we know who would perform better.

Actually with the performance of manchester united in the first half of the game, I was thinking that everton can even make it 4 in the second half of the game. Because I never thought or imagine that manchester united can even succeed in scoring one goal talk more of making an equalizer. because when you look at their shot on target, manchester united had only 3 shot on target while everton had 8 shot on target that's to show how difficult it was for manchester united. but it was quite unfortunate that after all the whole possession manchester united still succeeded in drawing the match.

Manchester United have continued with their poor run because they were just fortunate to win this game. Everton allowed a two goal lead to slip out of their hands. But I think Referee Andy Madley should also be blamed for Everton's loss. It was clear that Harry Maguire and Matthijs de Ligt brought down Ashley Young inside the penalty box. Instead of standing his ground that it was a foul, he allowed the VAR officials to change his former decision. Everton would have moved to 13th position if they had won this game, but they would have to remain in the 14th place after this draw.

Today Manchester United have played a wonderful games against Everton that nobody expected from them, base on how their performance was poorly all this while; because I can see that even the possession Manchester United are able to Everton with the high number.

Manchester United didn’t play anything special today, if you watch the first half of the match, Manchester United performance was just so poor, they couldn’t even get a shot on target, their defense was just so weak, and Everton were able to take advantage of Manchester United’s poor defense in the first half of the match, and they were able to score two goals in the first half of the match, Everton performance dropped in the second half, the match won’t have ended as a draw.

I don’t think any Manchester United fans should even be happy with the outcome of the match, Everton is not a club that’s even suppose to give Manchester United a difficult moment, but United struggled to get a draw in the match.

If the penalty which Everton got towards the ending of the match wasn’t disallowed, then Manchester United might not even be able to to end the match as draw, but even as Manchester United were able to get a point in the match, they still maintain 15th position on the table.

It’s been a while since I last followed a Manchester United match, but today I was sitting around with a friend who placed a bet on them to win, I was against his decision knowing it’s been a while this team couldn’t find the best strategy.
In the first half, Everton showed total dominance and could have scored early as expected. I was confident in my stance and even teased my friend a bit about his bet Xd. However, the second half was a complete turnaround for United when Everton shifted to defensive, they gave their opponent more opportunities to attack aggressively and freely. The beautiful free kick flipped the match and just a few minutes later, the equalizer came, something we had been expecting after Everton’s drop in performance.  
In the final minutes of time, the referee awarded Everton a penalty but after reviewing it on VAR, he controversially overturned the decision, yes it was a tough call but I see it a valid penalty imo. In the end, my friend lost his bet in both scenarios and swore never to bet on Manchester United again, something I remember deciding for myself long ago.

In the other side and strangely enough, Arsenal also suffered a defeat wasting three important points at home against West Ham. It feels off to me, even though I have used to the Premier League surprises.

Some of the results of the games in the English Premier League that was played in Saturday were too shocking to be true so I understand that many people who staked on English Premier League games lost their bet but that shouldn't make you think unexpected results happens only in the Premier League. Other top leagues in the world also experience surprising results.
The two most surprising results in the English Premier League this weekend for me was the Arsenal home defeat to West Ham and Bournemouth's loss to Wolves. I never saw them coming but it's football - a game you can't be too sure with your predictions so I had to take the results and my loss in betting on them just like I saw them.

Chelsea match is now going against them, they are now losing 2-1 against Aston Villa at Villa Park, and there is no  much time for Chelsea to level up unless if they are lucky to get a point in this game.

Chelsea was defeated by Aston Villa, Asensio became the shining player in this match. There is no hope that Chelsea will be in UCL zone anymore, they only hope to finish in UEL zone if they are lucky. In the last few matches, Chelsea is declining a lot their performance. I think they have a big problem in their defense. They got too many conceded goals, they scored 48 goals so far but they got conceded 3 goals. There must be a big change in Chelsea defense.

Arsenal on the other hand had an embarrassing defeat, it is unacceptable for Arsenal to lose such match at this moment because we really need all maximum points we can get at this crucial moment if the Premier League. We can’t depend on Liverpool’s losses anymore because we have a chance to close the gap and we failed, but there is still chance if Liverpool can drop point again against City.

It's surprising that Arsenal got a defeat at their own stadium. Although they have a crisis in attacking line, they actually still could win the match if they used a better player in the starting lineup. I don't understand why Arteta didn't choose sterling for the striker. Oddegard should also be put on the attacking position if Arteta wants to be more offensive.

Since Arsenal lost in this match, there is no way to compete Liverpool anymore. Arsenal must be satisfied to finish again in 2nd place.

Indeed, Arsenal still has that chance. But honestly, it won't be easy. The gap between Arsenal and Liverpool is 8 points and it won't be that easy to suddenly take over the first position.

Arsenal are just going to reduce the gap for now and will be hoping Liverpool dropped more points and they can capitalise on it to clinch the title. Though they have to also be in their best and avoid silly inconsistency

And it turns out, on the contrary, because in this match, Arsenal actually lost points and had to admit West Ham's superiority with a goal of 1 - 0. Arsenal failed to get 3 points and also reduce the difference in points with Liverpool, even though this was a very good opportunity for Arsenal to do so. Quite unfortunate. With this, the difference in points between the two will depend on the results of the Liverpool vs Man City match.

Lately, Everton's performance has been good and quite consistent. Hopefully, they have more wins, although there have been draws. But the point is that lately, Everton's performance has improved quite rapidly to really struggle to get out of the relegation zone or get further away from it.

Bournemouth's loss to Wolves. I never saw them coming but it's football - a game you can't be too sure with your predictions so I had to take the results and my loss in betting on them just like I saw them.

I believe the red card affect that game. To be fair though before that Wolves had some great chances to score but failed to convert them. Kepa made some great saves to keep Bournemouth in the game but sadly that's not enough if your forward can't score goals. I believe Arsenal got a red card too, but they have a good amount of time to score in the first and early second half. No one to blame for their loss other than their performance imo.

I guess your friend is a fanatic fan of MU. I've been in his position when I blind fans a club when on paper can not win but I still choose them to win the match. MU is in a mental crisis in the premier league. They face inconsistent problems when competing in the local league, this is different when your friend chooses them for the Europa League, I am sure you will lose because MU just focuses on winning the Europa League. Amorim knows that because when he can get that Europa League title all the MU problems will be solved, they can compete on Champions League tournament on next session, and reach the target title which was expected by the official. But Amorim forgot if they always lost in the local league, they could degrade in the championship tournament, and couldn't continue to the Champions League tournament in the next session. He must fix the squad immediately if he doesn't want to be fired immediately.

I don't see that Liverpool currently has a reduction in terms of probability, even though City is currently the home club for this week's match.

Liverpool's probability is still quite strong even though they are playing away for now but it cannot be denied that for now I am actually quite doubtful about the final result later.
Liverpool is still possible for 3 points but in this match of course we can realize that for now anyone can still get 3 points including Manchester City.
City's focus now is only on the EPL, especially the Champions League, they have no hope because they have been eliminated. Although for now the EPL is also difficult but at least they still have hope as long as the season is not over and this is the right momentum to start the EPL club to block Liverpool including Manchester City.
