Let's have a look at the fixtures of this week...

The biggest game of the week seems to be Manchester United - Arsenal. 



Arsenal have been quite dominant against them in the league for a while. They won their last 4 head-to-heads. However we shouldn't forget Manchester United eliminated them from the FA Cup this season.    Manchester United are still struggling though. One day they win in another they lose points. Their unstable look prevents me from believing in them here. On the other hand Arsenal got a really huge win over PSV last night. They really surprised me for a team that didn't even score any goal in their last 2 Premier League games.

Considering all of this, I see Arsenal one step ahead here of course. But instead of making a bet on a side, I'm going to try out BTTS @2.00.

When Guardiola said that he doesn't believe that anyone in the Premier League will be able to repeat City's achievement in the coming seasons, I think that he wasn't bragging, but simply assessing the situation adequately. And in my opinion, it's not that important, I still consider Guardiola one of the best coaches of our time, who knows how to build a team and win tournaments, so I'm sure that if you give him enough time, he will become champions with City again.

I believe Pep Guardiola knows how difficult it was for his team to have gotten the record of winning the league 4 consecutive times that's why he could make such utterance, EPL is one of the most difficult league in the world but Pep Guardiola set the record together with his boys, right now I still don't see any team who can repeat what Manchester City has done that is the more reason Pep Guardiola needs to be given more time to bring back the performance of his team and to lead them to winning more trophies. Manchester City can bounce back next season but they need to change their strategy and bring in more players to challenge for the league next season.

Currently now Arsenal are in 2nd place in the table which is never enough for them their still fight to get the top of standing, because they need that first position the only things that kill and make arsenal points still never boost up; is because of some their previous matches that they lose and also played a draw against most of their opponents. That is the best thing for Manchester City, they should only go and get prepared for the next season.

It's not always simple to defend a title four consecutive times, their previous performances got them lots of credibility in EPL, but they couldn't meet up with expectations this season. However other teams have analyzed their strategies and came more prepared to face the champion. This time Pep wasn't favored, it's time for the reds to lift the trophy, third position will be great for the Cityzens.

Arsenal nickname for 3 consecutive seasons is the trophy guard club that inevitably must be handed over to the club that deserves it. Arsenal turn who knows when but if they are consistent it is possible that we can see it one day. As an important note next season, Liverpool will lose many important players and maybe Arsenal has the opportunity to rise to the top, if Man City performance is still below, on the other hand if The Citizen has returned to the title hunt next season then Arsenal will automatically be the trophy keeper again and again.

I doubt, Arne Slot would want to make a name in his first season, he's got this far and close to winning so I don't think they'll relent, except they suffer a heavy injury from one or two of their key players

In my opinion, Nottingham Forest will have a hard time against Manchester City because Manchester City will focus on the Premier League after being eliminated from the Champions League. Although Nottingham seems to be performing well, I think they will lose in the Manchester match this year. If Nottingham Forest gets 3 points, this will become a problem for Manchester City.

This match is very crucial for both teams as both are trying to secure tickets to the UCL next season. If Man City loses, while Chelsea manages to win over Leicester, then City will be knocked out of the top four. Although City form has not been completely stable, the victory over Tottenham in the previous week will increase the players' confidence to get back to winning ways, while Nottingham have not won in their last three games in the EPL. I think that would be an advantage for City.

They got eliminated in the champions league simply because they are not in a good performance this season, the possibility for them to win not'for is 50% because not'for is also trying so hard to make it up to the top of the table. Why manchester city still have a very long way to go because the point gap between liverpool and manchester city is very huge, and with their performance I don't think if they can win not'for so easily.

Nottm Forest and Manchester City are close at the points table of English Premier League and there is a competitive match between these two teams ahead so everyone is talking about this match a lot. Because if Manchester City wins this match, they will go one step higher in the points table, if Nottingham Forest wins this match, they will be stronger in the points table and they will be far ahead in the fight to move to the second position in the points table. There is this normal saying about people with privileges that doesn't know they are privilege, when they are privilege to the point they have everything they have always dream, advise becomes normal to them and they say things without thinking twice because the position they are gave them large room to say what they want to say, that's what Guardiola is doing, he had so much good players on his table and he forgot, everything has time.

He is saying all that with confidence like he wasn't the one that managed this same players to victory, today the same players can't even confidently stay at the top of the table and he things they are all that. If not that some teams aren't in their place, last two season of Arsenal, with such performance they can repeat what he has done, but they are not there again. Arsenal's big win in the Champions League really makes me not sure Manchester City will be able to overtake Arsenal, but if I consider the fact that PSV may have a quality below the Premier League teams then, maybe the victory can be a natural result. Because afterall, in the Premier League Arsenal can also lose and only draw in one of the matches against teams that are in the lower zone of the standings. Thus, for the results in the Premier League I believe it will still be difficult to maintain its consistency moreover, Arsenal also still have to make rotations and efforts to prepare the team to play in the Champion League. Thus,  I will still believe Manchester City will still have a chance to be able to threaten Arsenal in second place in the standings.

Pep Guardiola cannot be easily sent off from manchester city as the head despite his poor form this season. His records sine joining Manchester city are what will speak well for him now, he has done tremendously well and no any coach has achieved this big greatness for the team since the inception of the team. They know well where their problems are and we will see a new Manchester City next season much more better than the one we are seeing now.

They are not as good as before but we can still see them maintaining the top spots in the standings, that to show that they’re not that retarded as a team that we won’t expect a change from them at anytime and also get to achieve something before the end of the season. Even without winning any trophy this season, if they can make it to the next season’s champions league, they already achieved something big to applaud them for.

A great performance in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League by all the 3 remaining Premier League teams.
Aston Villa with an away 3-1 win over Club Brugge is now well-positioned for the 2nd leg next week and most likely will go through to the next stage.
Arsenal have absolutely demolished PSV at home by winning 7-1, so next week's game is just a formality.
It all looked like we would have a goalless draw in PSG Vs Liverpool tonight, but the Reds bagged one in in the 87th minute and now have an advantage ahead of the rematch, but the match stats are bit concerning. It looked like a total dominance by the PSG and an undeserved win by Liverpool (but I haven't yet seen the game, so don't know if that's a true reflection of the game).

Chelsea's recent form graph is worse because of having 1 more loss than them. But the gap is only one point. Every statistics is nearly the same for these 2 teams actually. It makes the decision harder. But with the squad quality and experience, I'm still favouring Manchester City for it. The season is like a nightmare for them. It is obvious. But I don't think things will come to the point that they won't even qualify for the Champions League. It would be a huge disappointment for the fans for sure.

I think Manchester City have a better chance at the top four ahead of Chelsea. Though both sides have failed to maintain consistency this season but I think Manchester City are better organised and in form than Chelsea are currently that is why I consider Manchester City favorites to finish in top four ahead of Chelsea.

Manchester City has a 50% chance to win even playing away because they improved their performance at this time. As we have seen, they won dramatically versus Tottenham and Newcastle. The city is beginning to grow and has found the confidence to get back on the champions' track. While Nottingham, I see a decrease in performance in the last four matches. They lost when they met Newcastle and Fulham and had enough trouble beating Ipswich with a Penalty kick. And maybe The city will begin a new step if Rodri comes in as a starter as he has recovered from injury. This match will be a moment of awakening the citizen to restart their glory days, and be an interesting match if winning with a big score.

I think City has greater chance, but not to far away from Chelsea to still stay at the top 4. I give City likes 60% chance to get UCL spot, while Chelsea 40%. The competitions are getting even stricter coz those clubs are performing quite stable. Although Chelsea a bit inconsistent than City, it should not be a serious concern considering how small the gap.

If i must choose, i choose City to qualify for the UCL next season. I'm not their fan, but being objective after i saw their improvement.
