I just checked and I noticed I lost because of Manchester City, I lost one bet because of their negligence with Manchester United even though it's a worth match for United, they fumbled. I don't know what to call this there last two matches but they are very bad. Haaland seems like he is not very present in this match with all he has been doing, he has dropped stats from the last two matches, I enjoyed Clerki today in this match more than I enjoyed Haaland and Foden.

There is level to this management but I wouldn't blame Guardiola for this performance, look at the number of players that were absent today from match, it's alarming and I don't know what the club is doing to address that number, but then I'm skeptical why Doku was present in today's match with Bodo Glimt, he doesn't have injury but no full time play, the last time he played with Manchester United was only for 10 minutes when the match was ending, I think the coach is confused.

First day after the break still a big setbacks for the punters, Manchester City lost against a team which was not strong enough for them  still they have doing impressive job, after this, Borussia Dortmund also went down thanks to early red card which gave them early setback and then their performance was never been on good level and this win gave Thomas Frank good chance of staying with this job.

English clubs are doing good, but defeat of Manchester City was really shocking because they were looking good and compatible, but their performance from the start was looking not good, new players and strategy are doing its work, and they are not stable like they play in the past, hopefully upcoming games could be up to benchmark.

I mean if we look into their performance on the PRemier League is one of the worst ever like the past season, but if we look into their performance on the Champions League is by far one of the best teams there, being right now at the 4º position and in a solid position to become one of the top 8 teams.

The same reason why they sacked Ange Postecoglou even after he was the coach that led Tottenham to a trophy win after a decade plus of trophy drought yet he was still sacked because of their poor performance in the league. If they can sack him after doing and this very coach is following same foot steps of getting poor results in the league and his team is at the top 8 of the champions league group stage, even though we know that Tottenham will not make it to the Quarter finals because this is the champions league and not the Europa league, I think he will be sacked as well, if the teams performance doesn't improve in the league and they start getting the points that's need to take them up the table.

In my view Aston Villa may be considered a challenger to both Arsenal and Manchester only in theory, because we also have teams such as Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham that will try to do the same. The most they can realistically achieve is finishing in 5th or 6th place at the end of the season. Although this is only my personal opinion, I wish them success in their endeavor to reach the higher levels of the table.

Additionally, what will make the Premier League even more exciting is if Arsenal wins the top competition in England this season.
Manchester United is too far behind to catch up with Arsenal, and in my opinion, only Aston Villa and Manchester City are currently serious contenders for Arsenal.

However, Arsenal's title race will be decided when they face Manchester United this week because if Arsenal lose and Manchester City and Aston Villa manage to secure full points, the gap will narrow significantly.
Teams like Aston Villa, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Manchester United will not give up on finishing the season in a higher position than they are currently in.

As it stands right now, judging from Manchester City's performance this night in the champion's league, losing 3-0 to Bodo, I think Arsenal just have to capitalise or else, once City find their form late in the season like they always do, it's a goner for them.

I really don't think that Manchester City is capable of putting in a title challenge against Arsenal this season . Manchester City is not in their best form right now and I think this has been an issue with them since last season,  so I don't see them putting any pressure on Arsenal.
Arsenal has been the most consistent team in the premier league if not even in Europe football. They look more like a team that are ready to win title and I am always surprised when people begin to think they will drop points and Manchester City will just pick up form and overtake them at the top of the table. I am sorry to disappoint people in that school of thought,  because I don't see that happening this season, so you all should just embrace yourself for Arsenal being crowned champion of the premier league in May.

I see Manchester City facing Wolves home this weekend. I assume it would finally be the game in which they end this horrible streak. It is 4 games now that they couldn't get a win. Guardiola is really desperate and injuries are making it worse.

It is easy to measure them. They are like the copy of last season. Once again we see them great in a European tournament. But probably they won't progress very much in the Champions League.

It isn't the Europa League.    They are bad in the Premier League because of having a really poor squad. The way they are managed is also not well enough.

Football is full of surprises, Manchester city might end up winning but the chances of that happening are very low because city are currently in a terrible form at the moment it makes me wonder they switched from performing well to underperfoming just in a few days. losing to bodo in the champions league aand also losing to Manchester United means they cannot face arsenal, that's a fact.

It's understandable that they aren't very successful in the league, but we think a team that plays this well in the Champions League should be in the top 3 in the Premier League as well. They even won against Dortmund without much difficulty, but they lose to much weaker teams in league matches.

European tournaments can turn into an opportunity for managers who are having a bad season. Like Ange Postecoglou did with Tottenham last season. Thomas Frank might be trying to do the same but this is the Champions League.

No way they can be that successful in the biggest UEFA tournament. Getting past league phase like this wouldn't be impressive enough for the board I think.

They still need to show something good in the Premier League too. They are 14th now...

I admit that Man United performed very well when they beat Man City, but no one can guarantee how far Man United can maintain the consistency of their performance because so far that has been the team's problem, maybe we should wait for the next few matches before we can judge.

Even Manchester United players and staff do not know if they can do it again, they will try their best I am sure but they do not know if they can be this good every game. Against Manchester City they played one helluva game and there is no doubt that they tried their best ,and they looked not only good but they looked actually better than City too, they dominated the game. But if you asked them if they would do it again?

I am sure that they would say they will not do the same thing again, or won't be sure. In any case, they proved at least to themselves that they have done well and because of that I would say that it is not going to be that crazy for them to do well again in the future, they know what is possible when they are on their day.

Manchester City have been floppy in their performance lately and as a title contender you can't afford to be sloppy by this time of the season, we are already halfway and the worse that can hapyis to let Arsenal get too far away from them. It will be difficult to catch up with limited matches remaining. They take the same performance to the champions league and they got trashed there too. They are losing focus and Arsenal needs to take advantage of this situation and accumulate as many points as possible.

Don't be too sure bro, I think it will depend on Arsenal themselves, if they don't lose focus as well then it will be difficult for Arsenal and if Manchester City get themselves back fast then the title challenge will still be on but if Arsenal doesn't lose focus then it will be difficult for City to compete.
I feel Arsenal will be winning it finally because no team is as good as them except if they start struggling themselves. The consistency has been what they have and their defense is doing a great job but I am not totally convinced with their attack, for now they are able to manage but it won't last for long.

I find it weird how everything fell in such a short period.

And like I have watched City dominate over the years and this is not a rough patch. This feels structural. When your 100m striker is receiving eight touches in a half and is lost, when you are putting academy children in the Champions League, because literally no-one is injured or suspended or just... Gone... That's not bad luck.

The refereeing has not been very helpful either. They should have been red on Dalot tackle even Howard Webb admitted that it was either way basically. Yet it was not and now Doku is hurt again and City do not have someone who can actually beat a defender one-on-one.

The fact that Frank survives at Spurs is comic at this stage. Then beat ten-man Dortmund and all at once he is safe? For how long though.

The only victories City gains in 2026 are against Exeter and Newcastle in cups. Zero league wins this year.

Nevertheless to this, I think the 1st, 2nd and 3rd spot is in the hands of Arsenal, Manchester City and Aston Villa. The 4th, 5th and 6th spot, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea will be fighting for the mentioned spot till the end of the season.

It will sound and feel nice if Arsenal becomes the England champion of 2025/2026 season. I don't know the kind of joy I will feel that day if it becomes a reality that after a long years, Arsenal lifts the Premier League trophy

That explains football for us and the mystery that we can not understand that is behind it, yes no one believed they will win Dortmund yesterday even I myself I don't believe because of how they have been performing so poor in the premier league but I was surprised to see they won Dortmund and I don't want to really say it was because of the red card because they played well and I also think it was because they have more experience in the champions league and also you can not possibly compare premier team to some other league team because there strength and pattern of play are not the same.

How sure are you that Manchester city will be able to win wolves? Right now I don’t have confidence in Manchester city even if they are playing against a weaker team am not expecting much from them. Who believes Manchester city will be losing their last champions league match, but they disappointed everyone and they lost.

Wolves is currently at the bottom of the table, they are currently in relegation zone, and there is no way they going to avoid relegation this season, but we all saw how they surprised us against Manchester United, they played draw against Manchester United, so am not so confident that Manchester city will be winning the match.

It is surprising how the top 3 teams in the premier league dropped points in the week even when their opponents were not strong opponents. After Manchester United won Manchester City in the Manchester derby at old trafford, i was expecting Arsenal and Aston Villa to win their matches for Arsenal to extend their lead over Manchester City and for Aston Villa to over take Manchester City in 2nd place at the premier league standings, but Arsenal drew their match with Nottingham Forest, and Aston Villa lost to Everton. Since Arsenal could not beat Nottingham Forest, they should not concede defeat against Manchester United if they do not want to be at risk of not winning the title.

From what we have been seeing in the premier league this recent time, it looks like it will be very hard to predict the outcome of many of these matches with big clubs like Arsenal, Aston Villa and Manchester City. The way they loses to other clubs especially the small clubs were never expected. Arsenal still take the lead and they were lucky that they draw their match.
