i was thinking on how to archived those schedules and i thought that i included my push-ups report without knowing that i didn't post my report after different kind of exercises i engaged in and that is why i decided to write out my push-ups report so early so that my today schedules will not stop me from posting my push-ups report, and after then i eventually started my push-ups and i concluded in doing 293 push-up this morning.

It's a good thing you did all you can to ensure you post your push up report for today before embarking on your today's schedules as you fear you might forget to report later on due to your much activities. I think it's a good one to remain consistent in reporting daily as it encourages you and others too to keep on pushing. When it becomes your habit of posting daily, then skipping your daily push also becomes very difficult as you would always want to do your push ups daily, and that's the spirit we need here, always on the floor, keeping fit and staying strong with high hopes for Bitcoin too. But then your report, I think there is a bit misunderstanding. You reported that you concluded in doing 293 push ups for today. But your total push ups for the whole 6 days you joined the push up challenge is still 293.. That's where I think there is a bit mistake and need correction. Did you do a total of 293 push ups just for today or you added today's own already and got that total? Note that the total push ups that is always reported there is the total addition of the previous and today's push ups. So you can look at it and make corrections where necessary. For me, I scaled up a bit. An extra 10 added today totalling 100. Thank goodness am growing. 20×3, 15×2, sets and then 10 for final touch. My report 100k,Bigjoe33,61,6745,2025-07-27..

I don't know this folk that refuse to learn on how to go about his post and i understand the fact that you are newbie which means at this stage you will doing allot of mistakes and you will still be learning but it seems that you don't want to calm down and complete your learning process through who so ever that introduce you to this Bitcoin forum, the advise i can give to you is that you should always do research, read people posts and go to beginning and help or novice useful information in your local board to add up the little one you mentor have taught you so far, than copying what i posted from the start to the end, and this advise will also go to those that will be introducing their family members or friends into Bitcoin and knowing that those family members or friends can not do the right thing in the forum without them being guided as a newbies they are, on how to go about in building up their Bitcoin portfolio and also making a quality post, so if any that have introduce such newbies and fail to guide them, then what is the need of introducing them at the first place, please we should always make sure to teach any newbie everything they needs to know about Bitcoin, so that some mistakes will be avoided. The coldness is much right now because it is raining heavily over here, that is why i decided to do my push-ups exercise this early so that i can feel heat inside of me a little beat, I'm still on my normal push-ups routine 20 push-ups in 8 sets. There is a certain trauma in getting used to whatever level you are at, but sometimes if the number is not high enough, then you are not building.. you are merely maintaining... so your body is not really building. I first saw this your post when I was about to start my pushups, having woken up early enough under the chilling cold misty morning and I felt like you were directly talking to me. I have always been used to 7 sets of 20 pushups daily with slight changes even though I have wanted to break out of that comfort zone but the more I try the more I fail. Seeing this your post made me understand that extra work has to be done. I succeeded in hitting 300 pushups in 10 sets of 50, 40x3, 30x2, 20x3 and 10 even though I had a lot of resting moments especially after the 6th set when I had to rest for about 20 minutes. It took me about 2 hours to achieve and I'm happy I did even though I feel so weak. 100k,Tonimez,233,29600,2025-07-27

Whaooo, what a rainy day, although the rain did not stop m from activities, after my Sunday early morning work out I was able to do my push ups, although I was not feeling too strong but I was able to put up my best to make sure that my body did not stop me. I was able to do 40 pushups in two sets. Consistency is the key.

These past two days of doing push-ups have not been easy for me. I have been experiencing knee pain and I am not sure what is causing it. I am planning to go to the hospital any moment from now to have it checked.

So long as such a person is committed to learning and ready to persevere through the process, everything will begin to make sense gradually. I remember when I first joined the forum, everything seemed rough and unarranged, too tiny and I can't even place my heart to understand anything, but gradually as I decided to look closely, ask questions and follow post and threads, I got the understanding. Even the first time I joined this push up challenge and also made a report, I reported wrongly, so this things will actually happen, yea! What matters is your zeal to learn and patience to stay through the learning process, then everything will eventually balance up. @OkoroT, if you see these replies, do well to read through, also pay attention to how other floor members here in the challenge are reporting so that you can follow suit and avoid mistakes. Don't know why joint pains is common especially when you over stress the muscles like it comes when you least expected, the waist is where I feel the pains more than every part of my body. Hate taking drugs when doing my work out, is as if I'm not serious with both, taking care of the pains and the work out...

OGNasty, I also thought Happy Gilmore 2 was not bad. Some sadness knowing so many of the first cast have passed, and noting it won't be a great movie, it hit a lot of the right spots with nostalgia. 100k,buwaytress,6,60,2025-07-27The only thing that I can think of is increasing your number of pushup sets or increasing the number of pushups per set.
Now, if you are doing only 2 sets per day, then why aren't you able to increase that to 5 per day?

Right now, at my current pushup level and the patterns of my behaviors, I consider myself to be merely maintaining my level.. .. so I could increase, but then I have to want to increase.. .and dedicate some efforts to increasing.. .. right now I am o.k. with merely maintaining..
To me it seems that if your goal is to increase and [perhaps to get up to 100 per day by some time in the next cycle, then you you might want to outline a timeline.
Perhaps several weeks at 10 per day, then somehow increasing either the pushups per set or the number of sets. And, then maybe sticking with the new number for a certain period of time and then increasing again.
Does any of that seem feasible?
Admittedly, I'm not sure if the trauma is not fully physical. After the injuries, I now am almost instinctively paranoid about certain types of movements in the shoulder sockets, especially when the stress brings it to back where the blades are (such as when doing an overhead smash in badminton, or backhand, or a pushup). My therapy has been focused almost entirely on the muscles around the joint to hold them (as the actual cartilage is now exhausted) and on flexibility. So maybe it's a roundabout way of saying, my goals are not set in stone... but I feel like it is less tied to the number, but more the stability of doing those numbers. Right now, a set of 5 brings me great discomfort, and very low stability (a lot of shuddering). It is a set of 5 but it is very slow! Once I feel that entire set is stable, I will up it. But yes, I'll play this by ear and if a cycle is roughly 4 years, it gives me about an increase of 2 per month. I'm sure I can manage that, but expect also a lower incline on progress chart after a while. Thanks again, and let's see! Hope you solve your asthma a little today!

Staying indoors due to the rainy weather,the rain doesn't looks like it's going to stop falling any sooner. I went to YouTube, downloaded some pushups videos. It's all fun learning and trying to do something different for the day. I had some few new pushups styles and to be honest it was alot of stress for me trying to learn those few styles. Are you physically ill? Have you had back pain in the past? Do you have difficulty exercising, or have you had this type of pain for a long time? Typically, body pain usually subsides with exercise. i had to take a little break, and now i've started doing push-ups again. today i did a pretty good back workout at the gym. trying to stay home as much as possible and keep myself cool.
i also wanted to reach 6000 pushups on day 45, even though i don't know what my average will be. i think it will be 133.33.

Don't know why joint pains is common especially when you over stress the muscles like it comes when you least expected, the waist is where I feel the pains more than every part of my body. Hate taking drugs when doing my work out, is as if I'm not serious with both, taking care of the pains and the work out...

It came up this morning that is why I had to bring it up.

Staying indoors due to the rainy weather,the rain doesn't looks like it's going to stop falling any sooner. I went to YouTube, downloaded some pushups videos. It's all fun learning and trying to do something different for the day. I had some few new pushups styles and to be honest it was alot of stress for me trying to learn those few styles. My both arms have done some good workouts for the day, I am exhausted and they also need rests too  If you don't know, learning new variations and increasing push-up diversity is really beneficial. For an outsider, a push-up may look like a single movement but depending on how it's done, it works many muscles in the body. That's why push-ups are an essential part of bodyweight workouts. I first saw this your post when I was about to start my pushups, having woken up early enough under the chilling cold misty morning and I felt like you were directly talking to me. I have always been used to 7 sets of 20 pushups daily with slight changes even though I have wanted to break out of that comfort zone but the more I try the more I fail. Seeing this your post made me understand that extra work has to be done. I succeeded in hitting 300 pushups in 10 sets of 50, 40x3, 30x2, 20x3 and 10 even though I had a lot of resting moments especially after the 6th set when I had to rest for about 20 minutes. It took me about 2 hours to achieve and I'm happy I did even though I feel so weak. 10[edit]0k,Tonimez,233,29600,2025-07-27 There can be some value in doing all the sets close together, yet even if I do a double set, I will do something like 30, 35 or 40 and then I will rest for a couple of minutes and then do the next set, which would be 30, 35 or 40.. .. Then I might wait at least an hour or maybe even 2-3 hours before doing the next set. So, if you are doing 10 sets, it could be possible that you do 5 double sets... .. but yeah, you may be doing even better to be doing them all at once and then doing a kind of upside down pyramid, and so you might be getting more burn that way, and then you don't have to spread them through the whole day. If you push until exhaustion, then you might end up having fewer and fewer pushups each subsequent set, but then if your purpose is to do all of the pushups at once, then maybe you might not want to take so much time to do them all and then just have 1-2 minutes between each set. Maybe I can try this out and see how it goes? It seems too intense for me, but I might want to try it out.. just to see what happens... I don't want to do 200 pushups in a day, so maybe I will just have somewhere between 1 minute and 3 minutes between each set and have my first set as 40 pushups, because 50 would wear me out too much if I am going to be doing subsequent sets... I will think about whether to try something like that.. .which I cannot imagine taking more than 30 minutes or 40 minutes at most to do them all.. so maybe if I do a pyramid superset like that once in the morning and then see if I want to do ay second pyramid superset a second time in the evening.. or maybe just do my lunges in the evening, since I am not really wanting to add a lot of pushups each day since I already caught up to the BTC price. I kind of have an idea about what I will do, but we will have to see how it plays out when I am actually doing them and how I feel.. since I had only been doing 2 sets at a time at most, since I have such a long recovery time, in general based on age kinds of considerations.. so in that regard, I am thinking that I might get too sore to try to do all of the pushups in a short stretch like that, but I'll consider giving it a shot.. 100k,JayJuanGee,539,120310,2025-07-27 [edited out]
Admittedly, I'm not sure if the trauma is not fully physical. After the injuries, I now am almost instinctively paranoid about certain types of movements in the shoulder sockets, especially when the stress brings it to back where the blades are (such as when doing an overhead smash in badminton, or backhand, or a pushup). My therapy has been focused almost entirely on the muscles around the joint to hold them (as the actual cartilage is now exhausted) and on flexibility. So maybe it's a roundabout way of saying, my goals are not set in stone... but I feel like it is less tied to the number, but more the stability of doing those numbers. Right now, a set of 5 brings me great discomfort, and very low stability (a lot of shuddering). It is a set of 5 but it is very slow! Once I feel that entire set is stable, I will up it. But yes, I'll play this by ear and if a cycle is roughly 4 years, it gives me about an increase of 2 per month. I'm sure I can manage that, but expect also a lower incline on progress chart after a while. Thanks again, and let's see! Hope you solve your asthma a little today! My fast sets are around 0.75 seconds per pushup, and my slow sets tend to be between 2-3 second per pushup... and sometimes if I go even slower, they start to feel like planks, even though I still tend to want to get 20 pushups for the slow sets and 40 pushups for the faster (or normal) sets. Maybe normal sets might be just slightly under 1 second per pushup, but I am not consciously making sure that I do the full form, and sometimes I am trying to get quantity with reasonable form.. since these days many of my sets are around 40 pushups so I will tend to do the first 20-30 pushups at a faster pace, but then when I start getting closer to my goal, then i will slow down for the remaining 5-10 pushups depending on how I feel.If I feel really good, then my last 10 pushups will be very slow and measured, and if I am feeling tired and sore then maybe ONLY the last 2-5 pushups of the set will be measured and slow. It does seem like a long time to increase your daily pushups from 10 to 100, yet I would imagine that if you are mostly being consistent, then you should end up progressing faster, yet at the same time, I suppose that there are always possibilities for injury, too.. and sometimes injuries in other parts of the body can make it difficult to keep doing the pushups... I have suffered a variety of pains in various parts of my body over the past 539 days of doing pushups.
