been struggling with the asthma.
on one day I did 100 in four sets.
today i did a set of 33 will do more today.
fucking hate asthma it truly sucks.
i will do an informal list then tally it up.🆙
I know doing push-ups will help you to manage your asthma because it will help you to maintain a good healthy weight, which will help you overcome obesity, but I think you should reduce the quantity of your push-ups per day so that you could manage your stress and get better. Doing 100 push-ups a day can help strengthen and build muscle in your chest, arms, and shoulders, but you have to have your inhaler close to you. Though push can help but you should know how many u do that will arous the asthma, I will also suggest you take warm water early in the morning before you start your push ups. You will be healed, for me I started with doing 10 pushups in 2 sets but as I consistently carry on I was able to do 50 in 2 sets, yesterday I was not able to do because of activities I have at hand. But thank God for today's weather, after my normal juggin I was able to do able to do 20 pushups in 10 sets,,, we move. My report: 100k, Lolipo,10,960,2028-08-03

man that sounds rough asthma really does get in the way of things especially when you are trying to stay active and push yourself you should be proud though doing a 100 in four sets and then coming back with 33 in one go even while struggling is solid effort. My friend's brother is asthmatic and works as a solar installer. Climbing onto rooftops and fixing solar panels in the heat and dust was not favorable for him, but he did not give up. He took his medication seriously and stayed committed to managing his condition. Over time, he began to gain control and now he has overcome much of the struggle that asthma used to give him. Since I woke up this morning, I've had an occasional pain in my right arm, so it was a bit challenging today. But I still managed to complete 200 push-ups. It didn't restrict my movement too much. Otherwise, I wouldn't have pushed it.
BTC has dropped to $112k. It's been closing in the red for 6 days straight. If tomorrow is red too, it'll mean a whole week of declines. It really needs to bounce back from somewhere soon.

As you know, at your current rate, if you would like to get to 10k pushups, then you may well need something approaching 1,000 days to get to such level.. maybe you are shooting to get to 12,345 pushups? which may well take you something in the ballpark of 1,234.5 days to arrive at that level... Your desire to reach a straight sooner might motivate you to increase your quantity of pushups per day. Perhaps? Correct! That should mean I reach that 10k within the next cycle and before the new (not including anything in this current bull) ATH, if the appoximate wisdom of halving milestone as an estimat. Many possible motivations, and I'm not discounting that I get slowly get the daily number up. I look forward to pushing some limits, but won't get hasty either!

and so daily I did pushups: 1) 50 2) 70 and 3) 50 so far = total = 170
That was not 3 pushup sets that was three days worth of pushups with 3 sets on the first two days and two sets the third day. This is evident on the achievements of consistency in pushups exercise to the point of engaging in over 1000 pushups in one of the days. Starting gradually and aiming high is the best anyone can do and also monitor oneself to avoid over doing it which could ground a person for the next week or more. Below is my December 9th post regarding where I was at on December 8th. I was able to finish my long day of pushup sets, and I ended up doing 18 pushup sets that added up to 1,330 pushups, which averaged out to 73.9 pushups per set (and the sets were double sets with about 1 minute break in between them like I mentioned in my earlier post). My first set of pushups was at 10:32 in the morning and my last (18th) set was at 02:09. However it's evidence of the results of consistency, improvement and goal oriented way of engaging in whatever you plan to achieve. Such initial ride has kept you way above board and still going. As a bitcoin investor, applying such consistency and dedication can help you reach over accumulation sooner than you can imagine. A case of training for the big day (8th December) can be a drive for increased willingness to invest aggressively. Every newbie or beginner in the pushup exercise has to draw some motivation here while hoping to rise from low pusher to a master in pushups exercise.

Have a good day everyone, don't let everyone have a bad day because it is very difficult to get through bad times. You are continuing the push up challenge with your efforts, you can definitely increase your challenge because you are working hard regularly and want to increase the amount of push up challenge, so you can. I too, like you, want to increase the amount of push ups and I am increasing it quite a bit. Initially I started with 20 push ups, but now I can complete up to 60 push ups in a few sets. I thought it would be fun to jog under the rain like it has always been when it wasn't raining, not trying this style of jogging again. No heat or whatsoever to make my body a bit warm, is like I'm running in ice water, hope I'm not going to fall sick, had to force myself to get a 100 push up.

When I first came to the forum, I started this push-up exercise. Unfortunately, it has not been started again. I forgot for a while that I came here. However, from today, I have started my regular push-up exercise again.
From now on, I will not give up and will try to do regular exercise. This exercise should be done even to keep yourself physically healthy.

After dropping for 6 days in a row, Bitcoin is finally closing green on the 7th day. It really needed to bounce and it did. Those who sold around $112k might be regretting it now. I kept it going with 200 push-ups again today. It was a Sunday spent doing housework. I hope everyone's weekend went well too.

I kept it going with 200 push-ups again today. It was a Sunday spent doing housework. I hope everyone's weekend went well too.

Yes sir i had a wonderful weekend, it is those who don't understand that bitcoin fluctuates that will sell when there is a slit decline in price of bitcoin and they will surely be regretting why to sold when they are still suppose to buying more bitcoin and keep holding. been struggling with the asthma.
on one day I did 100 in four sets.
today i did a set of 33 will do more today.
fucking hate asthma it truly sucks.

I know doing push-ups will help you to manage your asthma because it will help you to maintain a good healthy weight, which will help you overcome obesity, but I think you should reduce the quantity of your push-ups per day so that you could manage your stress and get better. Doing 100 push-ups a day can help strengthen and build muscle in your chest, arms, and shoulders, but you have to have your inhaler close to you. Though push can help but you should know how many u do that will arous the asthma, I will also suggest you take warm water early in the morning before you start your push ups. You will be healed, for me I started with doing 10 pushups in 2 sets but as I consistently carry on I was able to do 50 in 2 sets, yesterday I was not able to do because of activities I have at hand. But thank God for today's weather, after my normal juggin I was able to do able to do 20 pushups in 10 sets,,, we move. My report: 100k, Lolipo,10,960,2028-08-03 Asthma has been a lifelong issue. from 18 months to my age of 68. I normally manage it by having very highend air filters which went out of stock due to all the fires 🔥 in Canada and the smoke drifting down to me in the USA. the air is a bit better so I am a bit better. I did 100 one day and 68 yesterday and 66 today. Tomorrow the airfilters are back in stock and I will change them out. I should be good in a few days. At EFS I purchased dip around 500 usd worth. Looking for a strong week maybe a run at 125k

But I was thinking that Bitcoin would recover from its downfall in this way. Let's take Bitcoin price movement as how we take the push up challenge, when we want to get to a certain number of push up in a day we endure, have that patience to continue pushing till we get to that number we set for the day, it can't be at one but gradually we'd get to where we want to be. Endurance patience need to be put in play when ever it comes to how Bitcoin price operate, if we rush into it our goals can't be achieved at all so why not wait, if we can wait for Bitcoin price to get to $100k then why can't we wait for it to get to the new ATH or something bigger? No need to rush it, I believe it will hit $120k soon. A new day, at the start of a new week, I hope we all have a great day ahead of all of us ,as we continue to strive to keep Bitcoin strong, I was able to do 20 pushups today and it's like am starting to feel it at my arms and shoulders, it's not easy but am not giving up, I would probably get used to it in know time and step up a bit.

It's not yet a bad market behaviour as we all know that bitcoin has been bullish for a long time setting several ATH on a roll and closely stable recently. However it's good that it's green again even though speculators still believe it will go further red before aim for another ATH. Whoever sells at the $112k price is a panic seller and those are not to measure success with. Being at $114k now does not still make it ready for sell. Bitcoin investment is a time oriented venture in which the longer the best. A week ago it was above $120k, while whales kept accumulating. This current (Supposed) dip is still a buy buy period. It's not just about building your biceps and triceps, it also gives a level of behavioural changes that enables a person remain dedicated to whatever he decides, in this context, the bitcoin accumulation. Joining this thread just a day after joining the forum contributed in so many decisions I've taken as regards Bitcoin accumulation. Anyone who can engage in a pushup exercise unfailingly daily is capable of maintaining his DCA approach since both bother on self discipline. You're welcome to the challenge. Even though it's called a challenge, you're not in competition with anyone so you don't have to fall to the urge to try overtaking anyone. All you could do is to challenge yourself, aim at pushing beyond your previous number and aspire to improve your skills. You can gain your motivation from others achievements so far in the thread but never be in a rush to achieve what someone used over one year to achieve just in one week. Also, watch your body system each time you're doing your pushups and listen to every sign and symptoms you feel. When you can no longer push further, stop! This will help you remain in the challenge for long or possibly till God knows when. Lastly, I want to remind you that push-up exercise is not easy, this is not a discouragement but to help you prepare your mind for the first 2 to 3 weeks which you will be exposed to extreme pains and soreness after which you would get used to it and never feel it much the way it was. This is because, your muscles need to adapt to the sudden expansion you're exposing it to at the moment. Push-up is good for your body and the benefit is solely personal, your health, your fitness, your good looks and your pride, so you are doing it for you and you alone.
