100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

It's not yet a bad market behaviour as we all know that bitcoin has been bullish for a long time setting several ATH on a roll and closely stable recently. However it's good that it's green again even though speculators still believe it will go further red before aim for another ATH. Whoever sells at the $112k price is a panic seller and those are not to measure success with. Being at $114k now does not still make it ready for sell. Bitcoin investment is a time oriented venture in which the longer the best. A week ago it was above $120k, while whales kept accumulating. This current (Supposed) dip is still a buy buy period. Investors wish it can always be all up, but bitcoin volatility is not one directional so periodic market corrections are expected to happen.

Let's take Bitcoin price movement as how we take the push up challenge, when we want to get to a certain number of push up in a day we endure, have that patience to continue pushing till we get to that number we set for the day, it can't be at one but gradually we'd get to where we want to be. Endurance patience need to be put in play when ever it comes to how Bitcoin price operate, if we rush into it our goals can't be achieved at all so why not wait, if we can wait for Bitcoin price to get to $100k then why can't we wait for it to get to the new ATH or something bigger? No need to rush it, I believe it will hit $120k soon.
This is a new week to expect new things and we shouldn't use that negative energy of last week to start this week, finally I went back to my number of push up.

It's not just about building your biceps and triceps, it also gives a level of behavioural changes that enables a person remain dedicated to whatever he decides, in this context, the bitcoin accumulation. Joining this thread just a day after joining the forum contributed in so many decisions I've taken as regards Bitcoin accumulation. Anyone who can engage in a pushup exercise unfailingly daily is capable of maintaining his DCA approach since both bother on self discipline.

A new day, at the start of a new week, I hope we all have a great day ahead of all of us ,as we continue to strive to keep Bitcoin strong, I was able to do 20 pushups today and it's like am starting to feel it at my arms and shoulders, it's not easy but am not giving up, I would probably get used to it in know time and step up a bit.

You're welcome to the challenge. Even though it's called a challenge, you're not in competition with anyone so you don't have to fall to the urge to try overtaking anyone. All you could do is to challenge yourself, aim at pushing beyond your previous number and aspire to improve your skills. You can  gain your motivation from others achievements so far in the thread but never be in a rush to achieve what someone used over one year to achieve just in one week.

Also, watch your body system each time you're doing your pushups and listen to every sign and symptoms you feel. When you can no longer push further, stop! This will help you remain in the challenge for long or possibly till God knows when. Lastly, I want to remind you that push-up exercise is not easy, this is not a discouragement but to help you prepare your mind for the first 2 to 3 weeks which you will be exposed to extreme pains and soreness after which you would get used to it and never feel it much the way it was. This is because, your muscles need to adapt to the sudden expansion you're exposing it to at the moment.

Push-up is good for your body and the benefit is solely personal, your health, your fitness, your good looks and your pride, so you are doing it for you and you alone.

New week new goal, 7 days of the week, 300 pushups per day. Monday over!

Yes boss, new week new challenges, everybody is trying to meet up, but your advice is good. The challenge is not to over shadow anyone, while we are doing the push ups exercise we should also pay attention to our body. While we do the pushups we should pay attention to our body, for me when I started it was not easy for me some points I will feel like giving up but how I overcomed it was when ever I feel tired, I will rest and continue again. Today I was able to achieve 20 pushups in 8 sets, we shall continue and never give up until Bitcoin will be more than €100k.

You are right but you can't say same thing to those who just started the push up challenge or daily exercises, many have it in mind that it must be a day to get to a higher number of push but they forget that slow and steady does it. As humans we have it in us to be desperate to get to the top, it only takes discipline to take it easy with whatever we are chasing. Things we do here is applicable to life, wait for your time to excel not getting there in a hurry and if many of us use this same system (wait for the right time) as a trader or investor I believe we won't encounter much loss.

For me, people's speculation have not always been a yardstick to which I presume the price of Bitcoin in the nearest future. Am not saying that sometimes speculations doesn't work, but then, is not always the end of it most of the times. We all know why, Bitcoin is volatile in nature, and so many times, it's always unpredictable. So with this knowledge, I do my Bitcoin accumulation or investment with my hands crossed, hoping for a positive turn up, even when it turns down, because I know that Bitcoin is an asset, and it has proven itself over the years for future gains, I don't just borther, after all, I invested for a long term deal. It's buy and hold. So even if it dropped now, I still wait, because that was the original plan (long term), no Panic.

So the current price of Bitcoin shouldn't be a surprise at all, its just a happy happening because that's what all investors pray for. Isn't it? Smiles. It turns positive, we all celebrate, it turns down, we stay positive and watch the future, because we know the market always fluctuates. So no Panic, just celebrate if you didn't sell. It's our season to celebrate, we also hope for more. Smiles.

Bitcoin is a violatile asset, constant changes in price is part of its nature. The current Dip of Bitcoin shouldn't bother you or cause you to start doubting or loose faith in the potential of Bitcoin.While you were panicking about the current fluctuation or perhaps you were busy monitoring the market, Potential investors in Bitcoin have been doing aggressive buying of bitcoin during the Dip by utilizing this opportunity to accumulate bitcoin before the price start soaring high. Don't panic when there's a decline in price bitcoin because it's needless,the price of bitcoin will appreciate.

Sometimes I wonder why is it that these set of people have to wait till the price of Bitcoin begins to dip before they start to wear the coat of fear and worry then sell immediately while knowing fully well that it won't last for long before getting back up? Is it that the haven't experienced the nature of Bitcoin and how it operates? With time Bitcoin price will bump in no time and you see them celebrating as of they had that strong believe that it will get back up, for sure Bitcoin price will always drop and rise when it wants to soe let us use something else to distract ourselves from thinking of selling when is not time.

Those who panic sold last week are probably already regretting it. Bitcoin has recovered and climbed back above $115k. Altcoins have also made up for their losses. I know it's more of a battleground there. When Bitcoin drops %1 altcoins often fall %5 and people panic even more. We keep preparing for the fall season. I truly believe we'll see a new top in Bitcoin.

Sometimes I wonder why is it that these set of people have to wait till the price of Bitcoin begins to dip before they start to wear the coat of fear and worry then sell immediately while knowing fully well that it won't last for long before getting back up? Is it that the haven't experienced the nature of Bitcoin and how it operates? With time Bitcoin price will bump in no time and you see them celebrating as of they had that strong believe that it will get back up, for sure Bitcoin price will always drop and rise when it wants to soe let us use something else to distract ourselves from thinking of selling when is not time.

Fear is what markets do to people. I’m not sure I agree that sellers regret it though. We are only up a couple percent off the recent low, but we’re up BIGTIME over the last couple years. I think people selling are most likely laughing their way to the bank. Bitcoin could potentially go up forever. Nothing wrong with taking profits when it makes sense for people to do so in their own lives. I plan to sell some myself in about 40 more days.

Why would you have such a vague goal and such a broad range?

For yourself you should have something more specific that relates to specifically what you are doing and what you are aiming for.

A timeline of 4-10 years or more is merely a generally applicable time line,.. each time you buy bitcoin, then in order to be investing that particular coin would likely have a 4-10 year or longer time line before selling it..

So after 6 years of accumulating bitcoin, you will have 2 years worth of coins that you bought more than 4 years ago..

You have just said the truth that after 6 years of accumulation of Bitcoin, that i will have 2 years worth of my coins that i bought more than 4 years ago, and i don't disagree on that because you are absolutely right about it but there are something that i want you to understand that is personal that i do invest weekly and the investment is for my future unborn babies that i know my target and for now i will be using my emergency fund when the needs arisess for me to use it for  any unforeseen circumstances, that is why i said 4-10years of accumulating.

You expect some expenses to go up in the future, so you think that it is going to be a good idea to start to cash out of your bitcoin for that reason?  That does not seem like a good reason or that it would even be in your best interests, yet of course, you can still do what you want, and I still think that you might want to project with a bit better specifics for your own good.  You don't necessarily need to tell us, but you likely would be better able to describe your own goals if you maybe plotted out your numbers with a bit more specifics, like I said 4-10 years or more is a bit of a vague goal framework, even though you might be telling yourself that you will accumulate as best as you can and then make various measurements and reassessments along the way.. . .which if you have already been buying bitcoin for around 9 months, you might have already gone through some of your own particular numbers to have some more specific ideas what you are doing and then what you continue to expect to do in terms of specific numbers that apply to you beyond your seeming to have a vague investment timeline, too.

Life generally comes with alot of challenges and demands day in day out. we will always need funds to settle all that. That's why emergency funds and all other funds is always advisable while getting involved in Bitcoin investment and the use of the DCA strategy too. My point now is, Bitcoin is better long term, long term investment for better gains, we all know. When I mean long term, not just saying 6-10 years I pull off, hell No! It continues. I believe no business man will see a business plan that will profit him in the nearest future will pull off all his resources from such investment. NO! So, selling just a little fragment of your Bitcoin when it gets though, let's say 5-10% wouldn't kill. We still keep accumulating, we keep investing,  we still solve issues if need arises, and we keep growing. That's how I view this.

Unless Ur other fall back funds are still very much stable and can carry you, else, so long I have accumulated something tangible for some years, because my Bitcoin investment schemes is planned to carry me for what ever life throws at me, not for a particular speculated event or so.

Just a 100 push up this morning. It's a good thing I still visited the floor this morning. I feel light after my shower. Yesterday was tiresome.
