Edited to add Pushup report. I purposefully did a pushup set with an extra 22 pushups today to cause my pushup total to have an interesting number.

I rested yesterday and it felt good, today I'm back. Added 200 more with 20 push-ups in 10 sets as usual. Bitcoin made another ATH attempt but it wasn't very strong. After hitting over 122k, it pulled back to the 118's. I still see the overall sentiment as positive. It will make new ATH attempts.

I also rested the day before. I really felt good about resting, but after resting for a day, I felt a little lazy to push up the next day. Anyway, seeing the rise in Bitcoin price yesterday, I also thought that Bitcoin might make another new ATH, but yesterday Bitcoin was at $122,000 and fell back to $118,000, but the price increase was not sustainable for long, but it is expected that it can make a new ATH this August. It's going on as usual, though achieving 100 push ups all at once ain't easy to achieve and I so much admire people who can actually do that. I think for a people starting new, 100 push ups a day might be too much, it might cause them some painful muscle pains that could make them quit in the next couple of days. Well, I guess that also depends on the age. The younger the person is, the more the body can absorb all the stress of doing the 100 push ups even on the first day. We keep the tempo high until Bitcoin price is over €100k which we know that before the end of the year it will definitely rise, I gradually be increasing the number of push ups, until Bitcoin hits €100k and above. I added 20 push ups in 5 sets.

Finally I made it to 100 days of pushing harder without letting pains and procrastinating things stop me from getting to that number of days. I urge everyone to keep pushing without stopping with time some of us that sees this challenge as too much stress will have to say something positive about it because it definitely contribute so much to keep us healthy and it has never been only about Bitcoin getting to a certain amount but about us staying fit.

I didn't realize it had been so long since I've updated. I did take a rest day over the weekend but I've been staying active. Mostly with core exercises while I try to get myself a six-pack. I've had nice abs at a few points in my life, but I've usually had to drop quite a bit of weight to the point where I'm very skinny. At the moment, I'm about 20lbs heavier than my typical six-pack body and am very pleased with the results I'm seeing. I wish I wasn't old and sore all the time, but it's worth it (the sore part, getting old sucks).

Your observations is very right and aligns with the recent market activity. I like seeing such number and it definitely spices the feelings. They say all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. I would have also followed your path but let me recognise your achievement so far in this Pushups exercise and Allow my own for the future. This figure is so significant but I suppose your next identical numbers report should come when you finally get it to 222222. Maybe this will be more enticing to challenge. Feeling lazy in the morning is something we have to always fight against to maintain that consistency in this challenge and if we make it a habit to keep aside laziness or should I say procrastination I feel we won't be missing any day except we have a very busy day and we shouldn't let procrastination be the first thing that will be in our mind to start our day with if not we have a high chance of postponing the daily push up from day 1 to a week and before we know it, wesee ourselves on the bench.

Everyone involved should sit up, I mean involved in laziness. And when once you rest for like a week, two of three, when you start again, your muscles begin to pain again. And if you are not determined, you slowly reduce your activities and involvement, and thats it, you are now a bench member. This should be a call and an encouragement to everyone here is this challenge, those very active, those faintly active, those on leave, and even those perpetual bench members, once a soldier, always a soldier. Let's get back to duty, let's stay alive, let's keep fit. If not for anything, for your healthiness. It's a two days report. If we have let's say a trainer that is always instructing us on what to do every day I don't think we would have many on the bench, that's why is sometimes good when you're in group doing every form of exercises. And we shouldn't forget that some who are on the bench are there because they have forgotten that this thread is still alive and they might be doing their daily exercises without including this place as part of what they're doing and dropping report.

I was thinking that the round numbers are nice.. yet there can be quite a few options too.., and maybe my next one should be something like 123456. It is not very far in the distance. I would also like the BTC price to get above my totals and to stay there, even though I am not really unhappy with current prices, either... yet it just seems that we have ongoing UPpity pressures and even ongoing buying pressures, so it is hard to imagine that there is not some kind of continued UPpity leg that might take us to $150k minimum or maybe supra $250k and even higher.. There seems to be enough new players announcing that they are either buying or considering buying.. so what else do we need? It's going on as usual, though achieving 100 push ups all at once ain't easy to achieve and I so much admire people who can actually do that.
I don't recall any guys in this thread claiming to have had done 100 pushups or more in a single shot... There were some guys claiming 70 to 85 and I cannot even recall any member claiming to have had done more than 85.. so it does seem to be a pretty rare thing that normal peeps are able to do 100 or more pushups in a single set.. of course, not impossible, and guys that are fairly athletic should be able to build up to being able to do that quantity. I think for a people starting new, 100 push ups a day might be too much, it might cause them some painful muscle pains that could make them quit in the next couple of days.
Yep. Even doing 100 pushups per day. Guys tend to need to work up to it, especially if they are not either already athletic and/or already regularly doing some exercises that are similar to pushups. Well, I guess that also depends on the age. The younger the person is, the more the body can absorb all the stress of doing the 100 push ups even on the first day.
Even guys in their 20s can take quite a bit of stress and muscle building.. It could be around 40 years of age where bodies start to become more and more challenged, so it becomes more difficult to keep on muscle mass and even to stay fit after 40 years of age. We keep the tempo high until Bitcoin price is over €100k which we know that before the end of the year it will definitely rise,

Seems like a distraction you are referring to the Euro, but the distracted OP of this thread put the pound as his dumbass and distracted reference. Are you going to stop doing pushups once bitcoin reaches £100k per BTC? Bitcoin prices have been bouncing above €100k for quite a bit in the past week.. seems like a distraction to be worrying about what the pound or the euro are doing in relation to bitcoin.. but yeah they are showing on the pushup table, seemingly as a courtesy to OGnasty and his seeming ongoing inabilities to focus. Finally I made it to 100 days of pushing harder without letting pains and procrastinating things stop me from getting to that number of days. I like seeing such number and it definitely spices the feelings. They say all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. I would have also followed your path but let me recognise your achievement so far in this Pushups exercise and Allow my own for the future. This figure is so significant but I suppose your next identical numbers report should come when you finally get it to 222222. Maybe this will be more enticing to challenge. I usually prefer to have more attainable goals both in terms of timeline and in terms of my having decently strong abilities to committing to trying to achieve such goals.. which I would rather take the pushup challenge day by day rather than putting such seemingly onerous goals (burdens) upon myself, even though if I were younger, I might be willing to embark upon such a commitment.. perhaps? perhaps?

Caught malaria in couples of days making me to skip my push ups. Glad to be back strong after an intensive medications. I plan to push myself to remain consistent and make progress everyday as my body will permit. Was able to maintain 40 push ups again in 4 reps. Wish to double the numbers next day.

Feeling lazy in the morning is something we have to always fight against to maintain that consistency in this challenge and if we make it a habit to keep aside laziness or should I say procrastination I feel we won't be missing any day except we have a very busy day and we shouldn't let procrastination be the first thing that will be in our mind to start our day with if not we have a high chance of postponing the daily push up from day 1 to a week and before we know it, wesee ourselves on the bench.

That's it. The feeling of laziness and procrastination. That's what kept me out of this challenge and kept me on the bench for almost 2-3 months. But am back here due to love for exercise. Everyone involved should sit up, I mean involved in laziness. And when once you rest for like a week, two of three, when you start again, your muscles begin to pain again. And if you are not determined, you slowly reduce your activities and involvement, and thats it, you are now a bench member. This should be a call and an encouragement to everyone here is this challenge, those very active, those faintly active, those on leave, and even those perpetual bench members, once a soldier, always a soldier. Let's get back to duty, let's stay alive, let's keep fit. If not for anything, for your healthiness. It's a two days report. If we have let's say a trainer that is always instructing us on what to do every day I don't think we would have many on the bench, that's why is sometimes good when you're in group doing every form of exercises. And we shouldn't forget that some who are on the bench are there because they have forgotten that this thread is still alive and they might be doing their daily exercises without including this place as part of what they're doing and dropping report. It's true that so many persons drop because there is no personal check up on them just like you said. Keeping tabs on such person(s) just like an instructor or the likes to help them maintain a daily routine exercise. But if you ask me, I think we are already a team here, I mean in the forum here. We are a big community already. Coming to the forum and getting involved in this thread in the first place should be a thing of big motivation to any member. We report here daily, a daily upload is done for members on the floor by Dirtykeyboard, comments are shared, feelings are shared, challenges we face during daily push up section are also shared. The interaction here is topnotch and very intensive. Remember that all these are done Daily! To me, this is very enough to keep one active, strong enough to keep one encouraged and alive all day, and the price of Bitcoin too keeps us hopefully involved. So anyone who still stays off may have personal reasons. Yea! Maybe ill health, pains or so. Or just maybe, you were visited by laziness and his family members which are lack discipline, commitment and no zeal. Lol. So many persons involved in this challenge and thread are also real life instructors. We can also learn from their patterns here while the report daily of their activities. There should be no excuse!
