The football season has started. It's fun to follow the cup matches during the week and the league matches on the weekend. The weather is still hot but we can say it's the last two or three weeks of it. This summer didn't really go the way I had imagined, but that's life. Unexpected things can happen at any moment. We should spend our time wisely and do what we really want to do without postponing them while we're healthy.
Added 200 push-ups today as usual.

For anyone that loves football, he/she will feel happy the football season is back. I was so busy on Friday and Saturday that I didn't have the chance to watch some of the matches that took place, but I will not fail to watch Manchester United vs Arsenal at Old Trafford today. In the past 5 days we haven't experienced any rainfall in my country, so I am making use of the opportunity to carry out my push-up exercise.

Today's jogging was fun, felt like taking more time outside jogging my ass out and forget about today's hustle, added a little set of squatting after finishing up the jogging then it all ended on the floor as usual and we shouldn't forget to always consume a lot of water...

Jogging should be fun and if jogging is not fun then there will be no focus on jogging every day. I don't jog much outside. I complete my daily push-ups at home as much as possible. That is what I do for the day. Apart from that, the effort I put in all day seems to be enough for me. However, drinking water every day is very beneficial for health and especially it is better for a person to drink six liters of water every day. A person who drinks 6 liters of water will be able to stay healthy naturally and a person who does not drink 6 liters of water and drinks too many liters of water will get sick very soon and he will stay sick. So a person should drink more than 6 liters of water every day. Today I added 60 push up in 5 sets. My Report: 100k,Powerjumboo, 31, 1470 2025-08-15 There are sometimes you feel like putting on the last gas to meet up at your starting point and the next thing that will be ringing in your head is, quit and rest it for the day but deep down you know you're tired and need a rest and you also know you haven't completed the jogging, it only takes someone who have to mind to endure the pains to complete the jogging, that's the fun for me, is too challenging. Adding it with the water is just the final blow to summarize the whole thing. Morning walk or running is so beneficial that it is much better than the amount of physical exercise you do throughout the day. If you make habit of sleeping early at night and wake up early in the morning and starting the day with physical exercise, then it will keep your mind cheerful. Yes, there is no time allotted for each day you should rest one or two days a week not more than that. The amount of energy burned by your body through push up and running will not always be restored because physical hunger will keep you energetic throughout the day. When excess fat accumulates in your body you feel sluggish and various diseases surround you. I agree with you but there's something I noticed, I don't know if some of you guys have experienced it while working out. If you have falling deeply in love in doing your daily exercises, you can't tell when to stop to the extend that even in the morning, afternoon and evening when you're not busy something will be pushing you to go out and do some of the exercises you normally do, I can't help but do that sometimes. So you can't say this is the particular time that's good to do your work out or not because the fun is very much alive, I do feel that even when I know that what you said is true about morning exercises is better and beneficial to the body, it doesn't look like it to me, the only time I don't have that urge of getting out and doing my exercises without minding if is morning or evening is when I feel weak after the morning work out and also a stressful day at work that's the only time I just sit and take a rest, if not I think I don't have a day to say let me take a break. And when you feel the way you said, I think the exercise need something to go with to avoid any form of diseases or whatever it is that will weigh us down, we have to take care of ourselves with or without doing the exercises, it will help us more than we think and we shouldn't use the exercises we do as the only way of staying fit or healthy.

So you can't say this is the particular time that's good to do your work out or not because the fun is very much alive, I do feel that even when I know that what you said is true about morning exercises is better and beneficial to the body, it doesn't look like it to me, the only time I don't have that urge of getting out and doing my exercises without minding if is morning or evening is when I feel weak after the morning work out and also a stressful day at work that's the only time I just sit and take a rest, if not I think I don't have a day to say let me take a break. Yea, it's a normal feeling. It comes most times and sometimes always. This happens when you make jogging or any form of exercise a habit and part of your daily lifestyle. Even in football too, football lovers feel awkward when they miss a training session. So it is in every area of life. I experience it alot, am sure so many others here too also do. But the issue of doing it anytime the urge of feelings come is where we need to bring in discipline in. There is time for everything bro. Too much of everything may now seem reckless, first to others and observers, and then may eat into your time for other recreational activities you may have gotten involved. In as much as your body and muscles are well adapted to such lifest, and it's easy going, we still need time out to rest and relax the Mody and muscles. You may not know it, you may not feel it, but the muscles might begin to wear and tear slowly if we force it too much. My point is that we should set a specified time for your workout or any exercise you would love to get involved daily or so. Let's ignore the odd hours the feelings might come. You need all the rest you can get, your body deserves even more. If you you have set aside morning and evening hours, and you can carry it, let it do. Pls stick to it, though there might some shifts sometimes due to some reasons, yea, it's normal. But it's shouldn't be everyday thing as to just your urge. Just like me, I used to have morning and even session, but after few weeks, I had to stop and remained with morning sessions before stepping out for other activities. My body couldn't carry the two sessions daily due to much work and the feeling of tiredness after the day's work. It's a 3 days report of 120 push ups for each day, totalling 360. It's a season of fun am happy football is back again no more boring weekends. Bro I'm sorry for what you're feeling at the moment but believe me when I say this, with the weather condition that we are experiencing I think you shouldn't joke about this pains, it happened to me but then I wasn't taking it too serious and now each time is rainy season I always feel pains on my wrist. I am so glad the leagues have started. I swear I would be bored and moody all day since I now stay indoors because of my sprain. No exercises yet, watched some 3 league games to forget my pains today. I can't wait to get back to the floor, but for now let focus on getting back my arm.

Chill Sunday at home. Watching games, enjoying home food and doing push-ups. Typical weekend for me. Next week will probably be busy. The city is still very crowded with tourists. The football season has started. It's fun to follow the cup matches during the week and the league matches on the weekend. The weather is still hot but we can say it's the last two or three weeks of it. This summer didn't really go the way I had imagined, but that's life. Unexpected things can happen at any moment. We should spend our time wisely and do what we really want to do without postponing them while we're healthy.
Added 200 push-ups today as usual.

I am so glad the leagues have started. I swear I would be bored and moody all day since I now stay indoors because of my sprain. No exercises yet, watched some 3 league games to forget my pains today. I can't wait to get back to the floor, but for now let focus on getting back my arm. Yea, happy for the new EPL football season, happy for you as well, at least, you didn't just sit at home all day bored. Three league games are enough entertainment and engagement for the day. Since you are resting and taking medication, am sure the arm will relief soon. You will get back strong soon. But ensure you don't push your self much when you get back to the floor. You have to start building again, not necessarily for the muscles, but for the arm that was greatly affected. Adding much pressure on it as you do long push ups might result to another breakdown and swells. So it is best you take proper massage, start push ups wit the least number, let's say 5 or 10 or so, just to ensure if the bones are strong enough to carry your weight. Am sure you will be fine soon. Stay strong bro. For few days now, it has been 120, in a 20×4 and 10×4 sets. But after this, I still felt a bit strength and tried to add extra 10. But I ended up pushing up just for 5×. Added another 200 to my daily workout, no jogging for today and it seems like I'm going to take like 2 to 4 days break from jogging. Haven't been feeling my ankle like before, a little pains and I feel is time to rest it before it becomes serious, hate walking around with bandage on my leg, the attention and questions will be much like something really bad happened.

It was a good workout day, leg day, I know. Legs are a day that people don't like, but there's no questioning their necessity. After the leg workout, I did 100 pushups and then a 4x4 muscle up. I felt really good afterward. I had a scoop of protein powder and then a little later, chicken pasta with cream sauce. For anyone that loves football, he/she will feel happy the football season is back. I was so busy on Friday and Saturday that I didn't have the chance to watch some of the matches that took place, but I will not fail to watch Manchester United vs Arsenal at Old Trafford today. In the past 5 days we haven't experienced any rainfall in my country, so I am making use of the opportunity to carry out my push-up exercise. I love football season and I love watching football games because football and cricket are very popular for me. In fact, there is no alternative to watching sports to spend my free time. Watching sports is a great way to spend my free time. There is no break to complete push-ups now, but even though the week is over, I have decided in my heart that I will not take a break anymore because if I take a break for one day, I will be very lazy to complete push-ups the next day. Chill Sunday at home. Watching games, enjoying home food and doing push-ups. Typical weekend for me. Next week will probably be busy. The city is still very crowded with tourists. Frankly, I don't understand what they find to do in the city in this heat. September and October are much more suitable months for exploring here. Added 200 today as usual.

Sir that is the one of those things when the football of season has started fully and you can never feel boring during the weekends because there are many games to be watch and since you said that the city is still very crowded with tourists, the crowdness can be the result of enjoying a beach vacation could be considered a tourist of visiting attractions, trying local food, and shopping for souvenirs. And to be honest with myself ever since i reach 200 push-ups daily i felt that muscle has added a beat, i will always keep pushing as i can, on still on normal routine doing 20 push-ups in 10 sets. I’m back here again after being absent for almost two weeks due to several reasons, mainly personal matters, and in the last week I focused a little on celebrating independence because I was involved in preparations in my area, but today I’m back to my usual routine after two weeks away.
Today, I also started trying out some variations of push-ups, such as pseudo push-ups and diamond push-ups. I plan to try Russian push-ups, but it seems I’m still too far off from doing that now, as my strength would be completely drained in an instant.
