100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I'm only halfway done with today's push-ups, but I wanted to update while I'm thinking of it so I don't continue forgetting.  I am done with my yard work for the day so that is good.  I only got 1/2 done what I wanted, but it was slightly more difficult than anticipated (isn't it always).  I'll have to finish this weekend when I get more free time.  I'll go hit 25 more push-ups and finish the rest later.  Happy hump day.

Due to my busy work schedule, I woke up early this morning and left for my work destination due to which I could not wake up early this morning and do push-ups. Later, after returning from work, I completed my push-ups in a few sets in the afternoon and a few sets at night. In my mind, today I thought that I would take a break from push-ups today, but if I take a break, I will feel more lazy later and will feel bored doing push-ups, due to which I did not take a break from push-ups. I completed my push-ups like every day. Good night everyone.

Today seems to be a brighter day from my end and I was able to beat my regular number, added 300 today like it was nothing. That's shows that the body is still hungry for more and once you're consistent in what ever you're doing it gets use to you. And something that still makes me laugh is the fact that I also added a little touch of the newly introduced dumbbell, my arms are getting different each time I make use to it not on a bad way though, not going to say it in here🙂, well let's see how far things will get with that and I'm not ready to put a hold to it.

When I checked last it was in a surprising figure, $109k and I wonder why the decline was very fast maybe it might end in red as you said for the first time in 4 months, remaining 3 to 4 days before we stopped counting in August. It is expected but I wouldn't like to see the amount dropping down to $98k due to how it went down so fast, currently it is $111k when I checked after making this post, seems to be going back up to something different before end of this month.

Analysts has it that this month of August has been better than other years August's. Gradually we're having a pullback as this August draws it's curtains after making a quick fall in the past few days which has caused panic among some investors about an impending bears taking over. Truly we have enjoyed a sequential 3 months in green and am optimistic about August maintaining that sequence into September.

After falling for 3 days Bitcoin once again tested the 112k level today. August is almost over. If it makes a move at the end of the month and closes in green, that would be good. Otherwise for the first time in 4 months it will close in red. That means Bitcoin needs to close above 115.7k and I'm optimistic about that.
Added another 200 push-ups today.

As of the time I’m responding this post, Bitcoin’s high in the last 24 hours has been a little bit above $113k and with just three days left in August, I’m still very optimistic that it'll close above $106k before the end of the month to make it four consecutive green-ending months.

Even with the pullbacks we’ve seen, history has shown that Bitcoin sometimes makes sharp recoveries towards the end of the month, so I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we still see some upside momentum.

 In addition to 150 push-ups, I also did 100 pull-ups today.

Today's exercise was done in the evening hours. A bit different from my normal routine of 20 and 10(×4 sets), though I still ended with 120 as the normal daily figure. Firstly, it was 35 push ups, then 20×2 followed by 15×2, and finally 15 to rap it up.. it was a nice exercise period. I had to skip the Morning hours due to Little pressure from family emergency and then off to work immediately.

The good thing is that I visited the floor today at last and am happy I didn't skip, can't afford to let weakness or laziness step in due to few days skip. We keep going. Daily fitness must be achieved💪

Today, I did push-ups and abs. I did 100 reps of push-ups and enough abs work, and I did some stretching at the end.
There's no need for much rest you can train every day, but the important thing is to also do recovery exercises.
If you don't do recovery exercises, your body becomes worn out, and your muscles take longer to recover.

This August might be the best than the rest like you said no doubt but it definitely didn't end pretty well because we only have few days before the end of August and it started dropping, honestly I was thinking that it will drop down to $99k downwards when I saw it at $109k, well what other way can this month use to take a bow, let September start up well and end up in green too. I prefer for the next month to be more better than the previous one that's why I think it can be September that may do better than August, new ATH might turn up next month, I hope.

Change of plans today, instead of jogging first I took a long walk for like 45mins before ending it with a little jogging for like 10-15mins, very stressful but it had to be done, then later hit the floor back home which has gotten used to my body...then the difficult one of them all, the dumbbell again, I just hope not to harm my wrist in anyway because I'm beginning to feel some pains in that area.
