I saw your other posts. Requesting KYC is NOT a scam, especially when they want to protect themselves from possible bonus abuse. They made this promo here where you could get 15$ for basically any low deposit. Of course something like this attracts bonus abuse players, that's why they take the save route. It's not a big deal since, even though their support is quite slow, the KYC gets done fairly quick.

So, is the casino's request for kyc the reason why he called the gambling casino a scam? well, if this is the case, then his interpretation of how a gambling casino implements it is wrong, particularly if they are regulated. I mean they are legal casinos.

It’s true. I don’t know why they don’t have any announcements page while they frequently adjust or do complete changes on their bonus system and some features.

They don’t issue notifications via casino or email that’s why player is always guessing what’s new and what they changed on the existing bonus.

Well they kind of (but pretty much) removed rakeback months ago. Before everybody got it and the top 20 wager players got extra rakeback through the weekly wager competition. Now ONLY the competition winners get rakeback and the rest gets nothing. So unless you are in the top 20 of the site your account gets nothing.
I think I mentioned this quite a while ago already.  

Aha well, I haven't been following ANN thread so much, I think there was one time the spam was getting super annoying.

Rakeback was always problematic in the past anyway. I remember big rakebacks but with 20x wagering, so if you were wagering for the contests it was great, totally unrivalled rakeback in the form of bonus but if you only get it from the competitions now, even less reason for the normal player.

They are considering the rewards of BJF token based on the quantity and future value when the price will pump which is ridiculous and absurd because they are sending rewards per 1000$ wager that time.

This is the reason why only few focus on farming this token through wager. They removed too their regular rakeback that time instead put it on tournament as reward.

Yeah for us there is no point in hunting BJF tokens for some reason but as you can see other players are still actively playing and we don't know if they are really hunting for these tokens or just consider it as a side bonus. I guess they use a system if the remaining token allocation continues to decrease then the wagering requirements will be higher so the conclusion is BJF only suitable for whales.

Maybe it's like that, it's been a long time since I had a withdrawal problem here. Direct support didn't respond, and waiting for an email reply was also not there. I think they are trying to adapt the emission of new coin each month.
It would be important have a "stable" value because if too high or too low it would be potentially not profitable anymore .
Probably they are not allowed to do that, but an easy way for converting coins inside the website would be the perfect solution

In the last 5 days only 3 players have wagered more than 1 million on the site (and below 2 million). The player with the 10th highest wager in the past 5 days has 50k wager, that's nothing.
Just in comparison, some days ago I wagered 80k in 1 day on stake, and for the DAILY race I was 871st place. Daily, not 5 days.

They have a tiny active player pool and with every bad decision they are doing, and they do plenty, this bas will shrink even further.

I’m just assuming that they have a huge number of active player because they don’t care about customer support feature which is same to what happening to freebitco.in.

I like this idea. I’m always looking for this feature on the casino that offers their own token. Some casino still rely on exchange for tokens conversion while they can implement an easy swap of their own tokens to any currency using the same liquidity they provide on exchange.

Maybe add some perks too on holding their token for a certain amount of time in the casino since their token staking rewards percentage is just same to other token when stake.

Yeah the problem always was the name. I mean why would you call yourself blackjack.xxx when you are a casino site (plus sports book) that provides all sorts of games. Customers that don't know they do that would only assume this is a site where you could only play blackjack, right?

Well, let's see if they change some things cause of of now, just with a new name and not other adjustments to their product, meaning missing VIP perks, good customer support, timely withdrawals, and so on, I don't see much vaule in using this site. They do the bare minimum of what most other sites offer (weekly/monthly/drops/rakeback/live support/instant withdrawals) .

Now that I though about it more, there is also an issue with the token name now. Can they just change the name of the token as well? I'm not familiar with stuff like that but obviously when your name is rollhub now you don't want your token to be name after the old site.

I just visited the site after reading your post. Yeah, it's been a long time since I last logged in to my account and I see they are rebranding to rollhub.com while everything, including the design, is still the same.
I guess that they need a big announcement from them as people have known they are blackjack.fun for a long time. But I think that will not take too long especially since they are actively maintaining their thread and their development is still running.

I agree that the services must be maintained and improved to be better than before. I am sure they can do that because they have good experience before. So we can wait for the next announcement from them.
