My congratulations to Tottenham for winning the Europa League final. It was a good game either way, even though they had to defend for most of the match, they showed that they are capable of doing it. Now they get a place in the Champions League, and they need to think about strengthening their squad really well. It turns out that Kane won a trophy with Bayern, but if he had stayed at Tottenham, he would have gotten the Europa League Cup, so either way, this season should be considered a successful one for Kane.

I am also very frustrated with this result, how could they lose to Tottenham Hotspur? Spurs only played defensively and only made a few counterattacks, while Manchester United continued to press Spurs' defense, but not a single shot from Man United players managed to rip Spurs' goal. From 16 attempts at shooting and 6 shots on target, with more than 70% possession, how could Spurs withstand the pressure and attacks made by Man United players.

There was nothing strange about Tottenham winning Manchester United because these are literally two England teams that understands the pattern of play of each other. Perhaps, Tottenham have been winning Manchester United for about 2 years now without Manchester United getting even a single win and there is one spirit about football which is too many loses attracts failure to a team and if we check Manchester United's performance, it's nothing to write home about except for the Europa League matches where they maintained unbeaten till Tottenham finally won them in the finals.

I agree that Tottenham didn't make much efforts towards their victory but sometimes football doesn't require much hard work because if a team is just lucky, at the very little mistake of the opponent they will utilize the opportunity and win, that was exactly what happened to Tottenham. How can you say that Manchester United didn't do anything in 90 minutes, have you checked their shots on target and the ball possessions? they even got more corners and Tottenham's goalkeeper also made about 5 saves, so Manchester United literally did their best but luck was on the side of Tottenham.

i can't characterize either team as “deserved to win” unfortunately. both teams performed very poorly for a europa league final team. even the only goal in the match was not a goal with any tactical plan.

Last night was a nightmare for Manchester United and last night was a memorable night for Tottenham and they will remember this night for a long time. Tottenham will not automatically take up the 4th spot in the premier league. They are still going to maintain their 17th or 16th spot, depending on where they finish the league on the last day in the league even though they are guaranteed of playing in the Uefa champions League next season. Uefa has a special position reserved for whoever wins the Europa League. So Tottenham Hotspur playing in the champions league next season is not going to come at the expense of other hardworking teams that fought all season to finish in the top 5 as the case is with English league this season. What this means is that English premier league will have 6 teams that will represent them in the champions league next season.

In an important match if one team score the first goal then they will play defensively on the other hand the team that concedes will play aggressively this is normal. I understand many are predicting Manchester United will win including me but we have to agree Tottenham also have the same chance and today they are lucky. Technically Tottenham's win was expected even from Manchester united fan because from their head to head it was kinda clear that they always had an advantage over united...This is why it's always best to put emotions and favoritism aside when selecting a particular game..The goal might have not been well deserved but Manchester united as well didn't make any solid move to even score a single goal.

Well there is always an end to something and the time has come where it's supposed to end and that's why Tottenham Hotspur won that game yesterday.
