Just as the topic states, It just came to my notice that most people jump from one business to another every year as result of one problem or the other. And most of the problem may not be from the environment of the business, but it Could be as a result of not improving in mindset and attitude. Now my question is that among this two listed below, which one should be more considered in making progress in such situation?
1) change of mindset
2) change of environment

Apart from this two, which other factors can be needed to improve or succeed? Feel free to contribute.
In addition to the factors you mentioned, I would like to add again, do not focus on just one field. However, moving from one field to another makes us richer in thinking and adaptive in this ever-changing world. Because if we focus on 1 field, it tends to narrow and dwarf human potential, because focusing on 1 field is only done by people who feel smart, while wise people will use all their brain potential to explore information, knowledge, experience, all of which can be used to create their own great work that is different from others so that whatever field they will pursue as long as there are benefits and opportunities obtained from it.

There is one more thing that I think is the key to success in any field including business, which is do not ignore the nature of complaining in yourself. Because if you complain healthily then you will find the solution. If someone says do not complain, that is wrong, because we were created by God with a nature of complaining.

 The reasons may be different, maybe you just wanted to try another niche, but I don't see any reason to close the old business in this case, you can open another one in parallel and try how good you are in the new business, and later decide which one brings more profit and you like more. The one you like less can be delegated to the administrator, or just close and try something new. I believe that market research is the most important factor for business success, assuming that the person has self-preparations to deal with a changing market. The first step that successful companies take before developing a marketing plan is to study the market, identify the needs and know whether the company is able to develop products and services that satisfy these needs. The company requires conducting research, and this research will not be on one element of the market, as the result of researching this element only may be misleading. Market research helps you understand the market and understand the areas of danger and threat that you must prepare for or avoid. This information, when you know it in advance before entering the market, saves you mistakes and losses that you can do without.

By the way, this does not conflict with the marketing thought that develops people's needs, while developing products for these new needs. In fact, they will not be new needs, but rather advanced needs.

It's sounding like I couldn't comprehend what you are saying but the option isn't what makes one successful in business. If your business is facing economic policy effect and you think the business isn't moving because of it does that mean if you change your mindset it's going to work and you will succeed after or if you change place where your business is will really have a significant boost on your business? This factor are the least problem of any business person.

Mindset doesn't have anything to do with your successful in any business. If the maths and calculations are in your favour, the business will do well and you are going to make money from your business. However, if your calculations are wrong, you will likely not reach the end point. However, the location of your business can determine how your business will looks like in the long run.

That is not really 100% full capacity explanation of it, but I agree. I do not think that focusing on just a single field would help, but I also do not think that doing badly in many fields would help neither. What you should be aiming at is learning in more than just one field, and then using what you learned in other fields to help yourself grow. Like lets take the simplest example we can think of, lets say you are a coder but you have absolutely no idea about design work at all, that would be bad, but if you are a bad coder and bad designer that would not be good too.

So what you should be doing is be a good coder, and learn a bit of design as well. Then learn a bit about game making, then learn a bit about web3, then learn a bit about social media. Not saying become expert in those, be a good coder more than anything else, but if you also learn a bit about all those others, you will become a great coder in the eyes of people who may hire you.

He is having difficulty running and maintaining his old business, how can he have enough time, resources and capital...to open a new business? Running two businesses in two different niches is extremely complex and not as easy as we think. I'm not against the idea but it needs to be carefully planned and evaluated and more importantly depends on OP's finances and manpower.

A business that has grown will be much easier compared to people who are just starting to build because in economic conditions like now there are many people who may have difficulty developing the potential in the business they are running. Not to mention talking about the competition in selling prices where businesses that have previously grown can make a kind of big promotion to bind customers, but for people who are just starting out it is impossible to do that. The challenge may be difficult to build a business in conditions like now, but if we have a strategy and sufficient capital, it will be much easier to keep up.

The one you like less can be delegated to the administrator, or just close and try something new. Just as the topic states, It just came to my notice that most people jump from one business to another every year as result of one problem or the other. And most of the problem may not be from the environment of the business, but it Could be as a result of not improving in mindset and attitude. Now my question is that among this two listed below, which one should be more considered in making progress in such situation?

Absolutely correct. Keeping the goal in mind one has to be determined for success, here one has to be patient for success but that does not mean that one cannot change his path. Just as Thomas Alva Edison was able to achieve success by changing his path nine hundred and ninety-nine times to invent his electric bulb, similarly if there is no flexibility to change the path to achieve success in any work as you said, then it seems that success cannot be achieved in any work. Both factors are important when considering how to be successful in a business. I can't really pick one over the other because they are both important. Having a change of mindset is very important, you can actually be limited by your mind, imitations brings about discouragements and low drive.  Having a positive mindset can change how
you approach any investment. Environmental factors too is also something to be considered, sometimes it might be hard to succeed in the environment you are in, this isn't because you aren't working hard, this is based on where you are, making a change is the only solution.

Starting another business while you have one can only be possible if you have the necessary resources for it. Most people close one business when they want to start another one because they can't afford to run two businesses, and maybe they want to sell the first business before they can start another one, which is the only way they can do it. This isn't always done because a business isn't good; sometimes, some people want to get into another business because they believe they can do it better than the current one.

In my opinion, gaining success in a business depends on how dedicated one is to the business and how much effort one puts into one business. If you have no interest in the business, you won't be able to make it grow, and you will eventually get tired of it and think of starting another business, but even the new business won't work if you have a nature like that.

I would say mindset should be considered here as a means that aids s successful business, everything starts with your mind just as your custodian of your thoughts the inner workings of your mind plays a key role here and if it's grounded on negativity there's no way that business will thrive but if it's grounded on positivity then you're gradually on the line of success.
It is not wrong with what you said, because every job and plan for all that work must be based on a positive enough mind because that is what will drive the action from ourselves to start it. So that the wise path will be formed when the path of our mind is on the right track, because great success will not happen through negative thoughts and it is really not suitable if used in any business.
