And most of the problem may not be from the environment of the business, but it Could be as a result of not improving in mindset and attitude. Now my question is that among this two listed below, which one should be more considered in making progress in such situation?

You just need the two in business and you can't do without one. You can have a good business mindset but if you are in the wrong environment it can affect the business growth.

For a business to do very well there is a need to have a good mindset and to be in an environment in which the business can do well. When going into business what needed to be considered is if the business is what the people in the environment will be in need of. There are some kind of business you go into in an environment it can be a total failure just because of the kind of people we have in the environment.  Both mindset and environment is a factor that we really need to look into when planning of starting up a business.

That makes sense, and it seems that what you said is an incident experienced by my friend where he has a cellphone or electronics shop that can be said to be big and advanced too, but now his shop is empty with his goods or in other words is bankrupt and that happened because he himself was indeed influenced by his environment which I know that his environment itself is people who like to gamble, so maybe he got carried away, besides this fact was also confirmed by his brother who told me that the capital for his shop was indeed used up in gambling.

Op at first thank you for bringing up this topic which encompasses saverall aspect of human endeavour, how do I mean , basically humans existence can never do away with business, now you will agree with me that, for one to be successful in business the two things you mentioned must be involved, namely: environment and mindset, in any business you venture into you must consider location wise, knowing the demand or consumption withing the geographical area in which your business will be located, secondly, mindset, the way you center ur mindset determines how far you will go in business no matter ur location, how do I mean, ur mindset must be positive, proactive, discipline, commitment, and punctual, summarily for business to grow well , good mindset and environment is required.

Change of mindset includes change of environment. Btw it's very bad to jump from one business to another every year because one year is a short time to succeed in business, it's also a short time to gain experience in your niche. When you run a business and it doesn't generate profit you have to ask yourself lots of questions, for example, how professional are people in your business niche? If you run an IT company and there aren't talented designers and developers in your country or city, then you shouldn't start an IT business.
One of the most important factors in business is the environment and corporate culture, which changes after the owners change their attitude toward the business and employees. If your business environment sucks, people hate coming to their workplace and your corporate culture kills their ambitions and makes their life terrible, then your business won't succeed. The above two factors are very important in business, especially if you cannot change your mindset, then you will definitely not be able to succeed in business. If you think your plan is right, you have enough capital, but if you can't change your mindset, you will never be able to succeed no matter how hard you try.

One of the best way to succeed in business is knowing your capital and gain the moment you start using your business capital to solve family need you are gradually killing the business slowly no matter how hard it may look never you temper with the amount you started your business with instead have a plan on how you can increase it either.
