Personally, I think it's an obsessive thing for someone to get his or her car parked just to gamble, why the urgency? It is almost like the person has no sort of control over this  activity...imagine if the person stopped in a dangerous spot at night where their car might get hijacked by robbers..while you are on the highway gambling shouldn't be the reason why you pullover, this is not healthy gambling

There are people that have a serious addiction and we should not think that they have the full consciousness of what they are doing. Addiction can make us to gamble carelessly without having that full consciousness that we are gambling too much which we need to take a relieve so we don't get into financial constraints. Those that understand the effect of gambling recklessly would always advise people to take full consciousness in their gambling activities.

It’s certain that someone who gambles while driving will not be able to stay focused, and that also puts other road users in danger. Passengers can gamble while sitting on the bus, in this case there is no problem because when a person travels a long distance, he can participate in gambling for entertainment or to pass the time, and if he is in a jam, he can participate in gambling to pass the time, and that passenger may not have any problem with it. I think you should have protested against the driver because when a driver was running on the road with a passenger, an accident could have happened at any time due to his carelessness. If you had protested on your behalf, it would have been seen that many people would have protested with you. If you had protested like this, maybe that person would not have participated in gambling while driving.

Last I checked, not all cars has an android screen, only new generations does which aren't popular. If there are conscious passengers inside the car, then it will definitely create a quarrel with the driver. Because a conscious driver will never gamble while driving or have other attention. Because there are many passengers behind the driver, the complete responsibility and control of their lives is on the driver, if the driver is unaware, then it is natural that an accident can happen. Really bad habit from gambling habit placing bet while driving, its not danger for him self but also bring huge impact for many other especially when traffic conditions are very dense with lots of vehicles. I don't know how its unimaginable how addicted to gambling one is to the point of not choosing free time to gamble and looking for right place if still while driving if want placing bet. For sport betting at football match, I don't think easily placing bet while driving we can't make accurate prediction about which one the match have possibility for winning the games.

In sport betting all bookies usually giving around one week before the match start placing betting, why not placing at free time and have make correct prediction why have did it while driving? I don't even think their is anything that can distract me when am driving talk more of gambling, even calls I don't take  so far as am on the staring.

However, it sounds crazy and reckless for anyone to actually gamble while on staring, it simply means you are gambling with your life and you didn't value it because if you do you wouldn't even try it at the first place.
