How i lost everything because of the gambling, now i quit but its too late

After reading all your posts, a phrase came to my mind, "It's no use crying over spilled milk." I don't know whether it fits here or not, but one thing I am sure of is that I can feel your pain for real. I also lost many things, but not because of gambling, it was for another reason. However, I can feel the pain of losing the things you earned over the years. Many will learn from your advice, and if they have a little sense, they will realize how much they will ruin their lives if they stay in it for long time.

What is done is done because we can not over blame ourselves on the losses that comes along with gambling and for that reason we need to put in efforts to overcome the pain of losing out in gambling since we at some point win a jackpot that can change things for us as gamblers but the real deal is to always mentain a limit to our gambling activities.

Nothing collapsed in crypto , you’re the one that picked shitcoin or yeah maybe crypto did collapsed but not Bitcoin… If it’s Bitcoin you’re talking about then maybe  you PANIC / looking for a short term profit by trying to time the market. Other than that, nothing actually collapsed in that aspect.
Sorry for your loss anyway  but you should know that gambling was never meant to recover anything, it’s just the way everyone  normalized it that made you think that way.

But one thing is not clear to me, I don't understand did you lost your company because of gambling or bad decisions? Did you gambled your company's property or just made hasty decisions?

I read everything and I will say that you gambled irresponsibly that was why you entered the numerous problems that made you go broke. But while I was reading your post, I didn't see were you mentioned your gambling experiences, so I don't know if it was gambling addiction that made you go broke. Some had issues like this due to drugs and womanizing. Many of us has been gambling for years now and we haven't had crisis like this. For someone like me I can't quite gambling and will take your second advice and continue gambling responsibly.

If we summarize the life story of people living on earth, then 80% of them will have a similar version of it, there might be a different business that was going well until it doesn't and everything collapsed, then people who stuck with you will disappear will let you know what they respected, which is not you but the money you had.

True, There are many people in more horrible situations than OP or they are not in the world today because of those situations. A friend of mine himself became addicted to gambling and as a result he gambled with his tuition fees and lost that money gambling and borrowed money from other people to pay tuition fees but he also gambled with that money only out of greed that if he could double the money he would be able to pay the debt and tuition fees together, but he lost in that journey too and later committed suicide due to depression.

From this perspective, OP's situation is much better, and I hope he can maintain his consistency and never again become addicted to gambling or make other illogical investments.

When people have money, they may be a little arrogant, but those who are wise definitely try to keep themselves stable in that situation too. Sometime in last year, i met a friend that i havent met before for a long period of time and when i asked him what he was into now, he said he is an active gambler and not have any job at the moment, i thought for a second how irresponsible he must have been taking gambling as means of making livelihood.

When we went further to discuss, i also realized that he hard plans of buying an expensive house and when i ask also how he intended to fund the house without a job or business, he said he will hit a big winning soon with millions in gambling.

A laughed how foolish he is being taking gambling as a neans to get rich or found your rich lifestyle.

The last time I checked, crypto never collapsed. Unless you choose to invest in shitcoin, which are mostly created by devs to steal from holders, and this is why it is good to always prioritize Bitcoin as an investment and holding.

I think I have had such story somewhere else too, don't know if it's this same board or on the forum but I sure know someone committed suicide because he lost so much money in gambling out of addiction and couldn't bear it which is one of the reason I said op is even better because he knows, realised his mistakes and wants others not to go down same part as he did, it's sure a great mind to be ably to use your own scenarios to teach other and I hope he gets what he lose in double folds but not in gambling either because gambling is a step by step to failure if you take it too serious.

Indeed, it's a sad story, especially when someone who has climbed so high that they are living their dream life is brought down to not just nothing but to a level where they don't sleep with their two eyes closed because of debt. I believe OP already successfully quit gambling and the only concern now is he considers it too late because he lost everything before he stop.

This is the typical outcome of players that suffer severe gambling addiction. Some lost their house and other source of income such as business.

But as long that we are still alive, we always have a chance to recover in life. Maybe we can’t recover back all the lost money but we can be finally happy in life by being free from addiction.

You need to note down that most of those people have recovered from the memory of gambling losses and became successful in other field like trading or in their day job so you also must be having another chance in your life hence work on your other possible opportunity to earn back to your life, good luck.

This is my view as well. Everyone must be having few caring people around with them either from blood relatives or friends from school or university. So anyone could build a small level of business from scratch so that they could start improving in their life slowly.

But honestly, I'm a bit confused here because I don't see any connection between gambling and the problems you're experiencing. I've read your entire story to the end, but I don't see that gambling is the trigger for all the negative impacts you're currently experiencing.
