And just one more question: http://faucet.nem.io/ looks still down/not working, after (more than) month. Quantum_Mechanics is not maintaining this site/project anymore ? I believe that working faucet is as "good marking strategy", as easy way how to obtain some "pretty small initial amount" for new users ... and it means to attract more new users, which is (IMHO) crucial for every altcoin... I'd like to maintain it but as I said before no access to this server actually. I've got a lot of PMs regarding this issue, it will be fixed in a couple weeks (maybe a bit more) when I get back home with the IP allowed to connect. No worries, it'll be back. |

I also tried to download the wallet, using windows 10, but it is blocked by the smart screen filter. Even when putting the smart screen filter off, I still got the message.

Ive just bought a Pine64 computer through kickstarter. http://pine64.com/This should be more powerful than a raspberry pi, and will be great to run a XEM node! The issue is the RAM. Ideally you need about 2GB. I've yet to see a PI that meets this requirements. I've currently ran NIS on my PI successfully without too many hiccups, but the limiting factor is the RAM and i expect, as the blockchain grows, this will very quickly make my PI obsolete as it'll exhaust that 1GB quickly. This is NOT a raspberry pi ! Ive just bought the 2GB model!  I didnt think RAM was that big an issue anyway, since NIS on my PC does not consume anywhere near that much RAM, i didnt think it even needed to load the whole blockchain into memory does it? Interesting little board. If you set this up successfully please give a tutorial for the community  I'd love to setup a node, but am not that technical... |

how long does it take for the wallet to stake?
In week from 3m XEM i got ~300~1000 all depends on fees mostly With SUPERNODE rewards should be about 10 000-20 000 XEM per week with current node count. |

Don't worry about it... some folks here have called a 50% discount #soon... they failed to mention what the High will be though!  Man even trees don't rise to sky. ^^ with that 50% we will see. I guess that someone have inside info and went to party. What was last market cap pump ? |

Do I really need to point out that I'm being sarcastic here, XbladeX?  I was off long time i am not up with current pump lvls. I guess that before we should get about 10m$, XEM deserve about 20m$ at least for me. I have my market share ^^ and don't want sell. Because i see in XEM future. |

Just a friendly warning to all newcomers and reminder for the seniors out here:
Don't trust any exchange with your XEM, they're much safer in a wallet!
Remember Mt Gox, mintpal, cryptsy (http://blog.cryptsy.com/) , just to name a few...
Setting up a lightwallet literally only takes two minutes! Make sure you backup your private key somewhere safe!Remember, as long as you have your private key you will be able to gain access to your account. (Obviously if you can anyone else can so keep it safe ! ) Can't stress this enough thanks, Xpedite. If your funds are not in your personal wallet you're not in control of it. Ask anyone who has had lost/stolen funds from exchanges. Better safe than sorry. |

Why u guys talking about silly pumps. For the first time in crypto history a true and worthy successor of bitcoin arises and nobody realises. Like I said before, 1 XEM = 100 dollar should be doable, exactly because this is NOT a hype and NOT a PnD pump. Don't disrespect NEM by talking in terms of pumps. Read the white paper and respect the NEM platform!
