AE is already in NEM (at least in a first iteration, obviously it will be expanded upon) but it's called Mosaics. It works fairly different from other AEs you might have seen. I think there is a tutorial/introduction to Mosaics coming up. No idea what the plan for smart contracts is currently but I'd guess that it won't be like Ethereum. |

There has to be a node somewhere harvesting on that key. If somebody else running a node is willing to harvest for you (which is pretty easy for some people) then yes, you can turn your computer off. If you are running an NIS on your home computer, once you have it running and harvesting for your account, it is safe to turn off the NCC and close your browser. |

Anybody else having problems opening ur wallet? it wont open the browser etc. Is there a way to move my coins back to an exchange?? pretty difficult when everything has stopped and i cant access my coins n wallet :/

Check if it is an antivirus blocking problem: at least that's what was happening to me. |

Hi. I installed the nemwallet-0.6.73 recently and couldn't open my wallet in the browser too. I tried for a day or two and then gave up. The NIS and NCC were running but I couldn't access the wallet. Basically I left the wallet alone for a few days and then it opened for me. I was able to access my wallet and it synchronized after I booted a local node. Hope this helps you. |

Check if it is an antivirus blocking problem: at least that's what was happening to me. Try to open the local url in another browser. I had same issue when I first ran Ncc. Safari didn't work "just got a blank page". Then Firefox worked perfectly. I am not quite sure what might have been causing this. It seems related to security settings of third party software such as anti-virus or security settings in your default browser. Try another browser "other than your default one". |

Thx for the help guys, I will try some of the suggestions, but it worked fine yesterday when i first installed. It was still not harvesting, but at least i could see it was active yesterday, and I could see my coins. I will wait and see if it starts to open at some point.

Thx for the help guys, I will try some of the suggestions, but it worked fine yesterday when i first installed. It was still not harvesting, but at least i could see it was active yesterday, and I could see my coins. I will wait and see if it starts to open at some point.
to havest some you need to have at least 10000 xem vested in wallet. 10% is vested per day i think 100% after 30days. |

Very good material. However, the tutorial about installing NEM on windows amazon AWS VPS is not there... do you happen to have the link? I have contacted NEM via twitter, facebook, blog.nem.io and nothing. I'm very motivated by this project and the whole idea behind POI but so far the community doesn't seem very active on these platforms. Hopefully I can find some help here. Also if someone could add me to the telegram chat that would be amazing @fiazk Thanks! |

That ubuntu version is more responsible but to be honest won't pass supernode test. For free node it can be but for supernode Amazon free is to weak.
