If the main idea of the KYC is to avoid abuse of the free promotion, I think Fortunejack is able to implement other system to avoid abuse instead of asking KYC once players requesting withdrawal.

I know and I understand that. However you have to fight your own battles. The support staff over at the casino might not know who the player is and it's completely different when you see the name, trust, and rank of a user on Bitcointalk. Now with Tornike involved, things might change for the better.

If you can you use Driver License/Passport then you should use it to avoid the issue related to the no expiration date on your National ID card.

Is the reason of closing your account permanently due to the failure of KYC where you have no expiration date of your ID card?
Or they have other reason for closing your account? As I think it is something that can be discussed with Fortunejack if the main reason is about your ID card.

Some of the members, get an email from "FJ" promotion no-deposit-amount. I got some this offer with 300$ amount betting with 40x wager to bad after reached 1,500$ with 30% wager left lost it all.

after i send an email to their support about the failure of KYC they just replied to me that my account has been closed, the decision is final and won't be changed

i got the reward from the event that was held in the Fortunejack discord and I don't know if there is a rollover for the reward that i got
but as long i play from the game that was listed there i can withdraw any winning that i got

then i play in game orbital sphere
i got 5$ from testing the game and i can to withdraw any winning as long i reach the minimum amount of withdrawal
and from that 5$ i able to turn it into 160$+

I'm curious about the terms of the KYC, my last withdrawal (on June) was a winning from the free Euro Prediction contest and I could withdraw it without KYC as well. I made many deposits ofc but most of them were long time ago. So perhaps you are right, KYC might be asked for accounts with less deposits or with no deposits history.

I hope "FJ" looks into these! If the reason because "ID card" expired should be lifted for Indonesia user because all National ID from Indonesia don't have expired date.

I second this, there should be an exception for Indonesian players as we all have no National ID card with expiration date as it is a lifetime ID Card. If there is no exceptions, and if KYC will be something mandatory in the future then all Indonesian players will not be able to complete the KYC.

This time I manage to increase the "free" 5 mBTC to over 20 mBTC even after 40x wagering. In the end of wagering requirement, only 15 mBTC credited into my balance as per ToS. After the deposit requirement, I manage to increase my balance to 22 mBTC and withdraw it to my wallet. Yes, it took some time for the security team to check it, maybe they can't believe what happened. LoL

A little bit downside of this bonus (not gonna complain a lot since it's free, lul) is the limited pool of games available for bonus wagering, and mostly old games. I spent 90% of my gaming time playing PnG and Pragmatic, so naturally I'll still play these two. However, PnG wasn't available at the time of the promotion, so I played only Pragmatic games.

Congrats! Nice achievement, especially because it is already the second time. Whenever I try these bonuses with 35 or 40x wagering requirement, I always fail around 10x wagering lol.
