It is clear that his reason to close his account is because he is not satisfied with the offers (loyalty program) from Fortunejack.
Of course, it is all about personal preferences and he has the right to stop playing if he feels that there is no good offers for being active players in Fortunejack.
No offenses, but I have to agree with him related to the loyalty program, I think most other sites provides better offers for the similar program so I think Fortunejack need to evaluate about their loyalty program and improve it to make players attracted to stay and play longer.

Yup they're the second highest site just behind Bethash's minimum of $1k. As a small gambler I really like that FJ don't have a minimum deposit and I agree the BTC.004 minimum withdrawal is a big downside since most sites have a minimum of BTC.001 - BTC.002.

I'd take any withdrawal amount changes even for alts just so I could play without being forced to reach the minimum.

This is the worst part of FJ in my opinion and the sad thing is that they aren't even trying to address these issues in an effective manner. Have complained about similar issues in other crypto gambling sites and they actually resolved them pretty quickly.

I usually bet on sports markets in FJ and have lost decent profits trying to reach the minimal withdrawal amount on several occasions.

Hello FortuneJack.....what is going on with your odds? Your odds in livebetting are getting worse and worse....

Even on such a BIG tournament like Euro2020 you only offer live odds of 1,83/1,83 (seen right now on Over/Under 1,5 goals in Italy-Turkey game).....that is a crazy bookie margin......most bookies offer 1,92/1,92 or some even 1,94/1,94.

Why don't you dare to offer a bit less juice to your customers? It's not like it's a dodgy league from an exotic country where you don't know any players of.

I think it's really really sad to offer these low odds for your customers....and it will scare them away and drive them to your competitors....so please think about improving but it's your own decision.

@Godzilliy did you contact the support because only they’ll be able to give you a quick solution for this issue, and if you’re getting better odds elsewhere then you should play there. Furthermore I haven’t tried wagering yet on Euros on FJ, but in the past I found their odds on par with what I was getting from other sites, but @BitcoinHunt3r I’m not sure if they actually control the odds or use a third party for it.

My experience? Yes, odds are a tiny bit lower on FortuneJack for sports, but when you put in the promos (I talk especially about the 4+1 Freebet promo) then the value increases exactly by 25% (bet 100 units and get back 25 units as freebet). It's all averaged out too so it's exactly 25%.

That and the other loyalty bonuses add up:) So yes, straight odds, it doesn't really do well (not 100% but mostly).

Looking at that Netherlands Ukraine thing for example we can see that the draw odds was the best one there is anywhere, the best odds for Netherlands was 1.61 and fortunejack had 1.58 which is insanely close, and yeah Ukraine had 6.0 whereas the best was 6.5 which is a shame it is big difference but the other two is quite close or even the best so I would say that would be quite understandable.

In any case, 2/3 is not bad, I would take that and it is definitely understandable difference. It just depends on which matches and odds you watch. It cannot be that all odds are lower than other sportsbooks. That will have to do with certain markets. If the value of A is lower to win, the value of B will be higher. I think they also have a lot of matches offering other markets with appropriate higher odds.
