Where you at the top of the list for one of the rounds that guaranteed you a free bet? I am sure it takes a few days for them to update the tables, check if everything was legit, there isn't any multi-accounting and abuse going on before they credit the free bets. Their terms say you will receive your free bets in up to 4 days.
I remember that it took them a lot of time to update and adjust the rankings for their CL JackMate competition as well. But eventually, they'll get there.

I wanted to bet on some UFC fight but I missed, it, all EURO is going to finish until they get they sh*t together, and I will post some of my conversation with support telling me I will receive it tomorrow, than nothing happens and now they say my case is under some review 
I just don't like at all when someone lies, they are brutally slow and imagine what would happen if I placed a real bet and something went wrong on their end....

I do believe that even though it may came in very late, it still comes in, I remember that premier league goal scorer thing and only time I won, I got it like a week later so it is understandable. The tie thing however in the games is not really cool but everyone does it, it is literally same everywhere, in some places there are extra bets, bets that are 1x2 and there is no draw, but this isn't just the whole bet, there is also one with draw as well, people do want to bet on the draw after 90 minute so that is an option, but there is zero places I know that does no draw option available.

If you really want to go with "whoever goes to next stage" bet then there are other places that do have those kinds of bets along with the draw bet option on another bet, but if you do not mind it then you can play here as well if you think it is not going to end with a draw after 90 minutes. I believe for example Italy will certainly not have a draw.

My bets have been under review or security checks twice if I remember correctly. They usually finish it within 24 hours in my experience. You can always PM Tornike and ask him to look into it for you. As long as there is no abuse, you are going to be fine. Maybe they noticed similar predictions on another account and they want to make sure that something fishy isn't going on. Just hang in there.

@notblox1 I believe your winning got caught in their automatic cheat filter, and that’s why it went back on hold again (this happens in various casinos and I believe this process is automatic).

However if you’re legit then you should just give them some more time as rightly suggested by others and even I’ll repeat it, because they’ll pay your winnings if you’re legit, but in the meantime you can also do as @Pmalek has rightly suggest and send a pm to Tornike because that should definitely help speed up the process.

Things happens in casinos mate, there is really nothing to worry about, sometimes it results with something good for you, sometimes it results with something bad for you, but it just happens. I also see that notblox is not really overly critical of the situation which is good, dude realizes that sometimes some stuff happens and that is about it, there is nothing wrong with that.

I do agree with that, there is nothing wrong with it at all. I am not saying that we should be letting fortunejack do whatever they want, because that is not going to be the case for a long period of time, if we were to let them do whatever they want for a long period of time then they could get into this weird power trip and think they can do whatever they want and we will accept it. However this is a small thing, a free bet, and I like that notblox is not overreacting.

I don't worry about it at all, but after ten days this looks a lot like scammers behavior so I am not going to participate anymore in any of fortunejack promotions,
not going to use them for betting, and I am giving them new feedback on their forum profile.
I am sticking with Sportsbet and Stake that are much better.

If you really interested with the competition, you should have visited the competition page and checked all the rules yourself.
Make sure you have a lot of funds if you want to participate to compete for one of the prizes.
It is like a wagering contest where anyone with the most points gets the prizes.

They said I will receive an email message when they credited this free bet to my account, but this never happened and I stopped visiting website.
I checked it now, lo and behold a miracle happened and there is 1.4 mBTC freebet, so you can close the conversation

They said I will receive an email message when they credited this free bet to my account, but this never happened and I stopped visiting website.

There must be miscommunication with the customer support. I also won the prediction contest in this forum few week ago and I received my free bet after 24 hours IIRC but I did not receive any emails for the free bet. Perhaps the customer support thought and talked about free bet from different contest which is available on the website as they may not know about the contest in this forum. Good to see that you received the free bet already, good luck with it.

If the problem still exists, restart your PC and/or modem.
