I can understand if the withdrawal is more than $1000, but sometimes a $100 withdrawal also takes the same time 24 hours if they are worried about something they can activate the daily withdrawal limit for example only 3x per day. I'm not sure they will update it because some users said it was a few years ago.

It is definitely a strange behavior to observe indeed when people are just so upset and so vicious when it comes to free bets! The only thing you can do as a player is to request withdrawals at a time where the mempool is quite empty and the recommended fees aren't that high. FortuneJack doesn't support native segwit addresses. Those that begin with bc1. If you are using such an address, switch to a nested segwit (3) or legacy (1) and it should be recognized by the system.

It makes sense to have a slower period for withdrawing if they want to make sure everything is secure.
