2. sure the raised about 2mio FIAT!! money, but exchanges dont use Fiat as payment, only Crypto, what is totally understandable in my opinion, so your argument doesn't count, as exchanges dont discount the listing prices
3. Big exchanges collect up to 40!!! BTC listing fees.
So its simple maths that Major exchanges are not possible and in first place not necessary to get listed
